Very professional.
I ordered the wrong product and asked for a refund, way past the deadline.
They accepted it and I sent it by mail without tracking. It took 3 months to get there, so they could've simply said "we didn't receive it". But no, they were very honest from day 1 and 90 days later they wrote me "we got your product, here's your refund".
Recommend it.

The site is well designed and friendly.
The products are good and prices are very reasonable.
The one issue that seems to be persistent with Garmade - is their logistics.
With both orders there were issues dispatching the product.
Delays ranged between one and two weeks.
To their credit, the Garmade team is conscientious and handled the issues diligently to a positive outcome (I hope... second product has not arrived yet.)

A very good product I have metal eyelets on my boots and they cut through the stock laces I had in them , these ones don’t even show signs of wear , love them 🤘🏾

The Pump (18€) was bought in accordance with the discription given on the website. Nowhere is there written that a 2.5A Powerpack is required to operate the pump, Power packs are normally between 1A and 2A. According to Garmade returns and refunds policy, defective items will be returned and the postage paid by the company. They now state that I must pay the postage (56€), and only when they have inspected the item will they refund the payment. This is fraudulent sale practice .

1. In the item description is indicated that power bank output need to be 3A or above.
2. You forgot to mention that the item works perfectly when is connected to the direct power source.
3. Yes, we offer a Free refunds for faulty items. We NEVER ASKED you to pay €56 for this. Moreover, 99% of all the problems related to defects are solved quickly and without returning the product if the customer cooperates and offers us a video.
We wish we could add a few photos from our conversation in this reply to prove what we said above.
