Great customer service. The delivery company in Sweden messed up the delivery. But the Garmade customer service group was totally helpful and got the matter sorted so that I received my purchase.

The customer service was so good I'd say it was pristine, sublime, even, but the shipping was beyond sub-par. I made the order on January 10th, and the tracking code didn't even work until a month from that. Then my shipment sat in Frankfurt from February 14th, come March and the shipping company declared it lost and I was refunded, then on March 14th I got a notification that it has arrived to my nearest dropoff/pickup point, and now I have a package with spare parts that I have no need of. The only thing that got me through the ordeal of uncertainty, the avarice of seeing the phone I earnestly waited to fix giving up on me more and more every day while I longed, in hope and in vain, for the parts to arrive or even to know if they were on their way, was Garmade's customer service shining light to the bleak gloom of the agony I was in, like the beacons beckoning help for Gondor. Even though it was not their solemn duty, I was reimbursed for my order after the carrier service hoisted their forelimbs to the skies and affirmed that they have lost the package. The package, that still arrived after two months of waiting. Thus my overall rating is, sadly, only 3 because of the sub-par and dreadful performance from the carrier service.

Really, really slow shipping. Might not be all on Garmade but their shipping option with PostNL to DK really sucks. At check out it states 7-15 working days, which already is way too slow, but now 19 working days later still no sight of the phone battery ordered. I could have ordered from China directly myself and almost have better luck by now. Update: Follow up from Customer Service was great and experience with Garmade ended on positive note. I'll give them the benefit of doubt concerning the shipping service

I never received the item I ordered and prepaid, but they were very responsive, and answered my emails almost instantly. After waiting for the item for a couple of weeks, they made a search and said it got lost during logistics and they offered to send another one, or a refund. I opted refund I got the money back 100% on the same day. Of course it was not a good experience as I had to reorder the item elsewhere, but I think resolving the problem of a lost item went perfectly. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered "LCD Screen and Digitizer Full Assembly for Apple iPad Air (2020) 10.9 inch / A2316 / Air 4(Black)". At the time of installation, screen didn't work so I thought it is faulty. I messaged Garmade straightaway but it worked after 5 min. I think my Ipad was turned on when I installed, so somehow I managed to turned it off and when I started it again it worked. Screen was perfect and easy to install. Within 24 Hours Garmade email me back to resolve the issue but I emailed them, apologised to them and thanked them for a quick turn round and quality product. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the product and the service offered. I would definitely recommend them as first choice.

I had an issue with the product and submitted a negative review. The representative immediately followed up with me directly and offered a refund or replacement of a faulty product. They were very efficient in trying to make up for a negative experience, We agreed on reimbursement, and they have done that, including even the shipping costs. 5 stars for amazing customer service and going the extra mile to resolve customer issues.
