Disappointed that the case didn't have a cover but really disappointed and took a while for me to figure out the case was distorting my phone, draining the battery fast and causing the phone to do weird things finally I replaced it with my old case. I am an 84-year-old Navy Vet. and disposable income doesn't come easy.

This is the second update to the problem I had about receiving an improperly made baseball cap with the incorrect military service info on it. I had received 4 caps as replacements that kept coming with the wrong information on them. I am finally able to report that through the tireless efforts of Amber at Gearvet, I finally received the cap with the correct information screen printed on it. It was a 4 month ordeal to get it right. The issue that keeps me from a higher star rating is with Gearvet shipping. They ship their caps in a white plastic postal mailing bag with no protection for the soft crown cap. Therefore, when I received the cap, the crown was crushed and wrinkled. So now it is not presentable to wear. (Who wants to wear a cap that looks like someone sat on it?). Why would anyone ship this type of product in a plastic bag? It would be fine for a shirt or something like that but not a cap or hat. Will I ever order from Gearvet again? Most likely not. There is just too much drama to go through if you have problems with a product. And if you request a refund instead of a replacement you don't get the refund.

I recently received a shirt from Gearvet and it was the wrong size. I contacted Gearvet and they said they would look into. I received an email back showing where I had accidently marked the wrong size. In our conversation I asked if I could return it for one of new styles in my size. They replied back and said they would be happy to replace the shirt, and I did not have to return the incorrect size! These people understand EXCELENT Customer Service!
This my second phone case and I have order and I'm very pleased with it. It is great looking and I receive many comments on the style showing our military time. One had a printed mistake which customer service corrected immediately. Great service and great product.
I ordered a customized shirt for a marine Friend and I made a mistake in the customization. The Gearvet customer service people went above and beyond to correct my mistake. I will be ordering more shirts to honor friends and family. I can't say enough nice things about Gearvet.

Shiping was relitivly fast and product was great .. flew my Flag in Hillsboro Oregon 4th of July Parade on front of my Semi Truck and it was a hit. Its well constructed and durable It will be replacing another Marine Corp Flag that is starting to fade on me.. will be buying more from GearVet soon
When my hat finally came it was a poor screen printed hat, not embroidered as shown in their photos. After I left a poor review they contacted me and offered to replace the hat with one that was embroidered for free. The replacement hat was exceptional. For the price that they charge I feel that it's what I should have received the first time. They have updated their photos so you can tell what your ordering better.
I ordered the wrong size Hawaii Navy vet shirt and contacted customer service to see how to handle a return and replacement. They responded immediately to resolve my problem. This has to be the best customer service I have ever experienced in an online purchase. The shirt is very high quality and is exactly as shown on their website. Great product and great service Subman

The shirt I ordered was done perfectly to my specs. The material is excellent and I got many compliments on how nice it looks on me. Based on the quality, I would say that it is reasonably priced.
Overall it was an excellent experience. I ordered two hats, I made a mistake during ordering and one didn’t come as expected. The first has was flawless and beautiful. Exactly as I hoped it would be. It was very well made and the hat itself is a high quality hat. With Facebook links it’s always a question of if the site is a scam or if you’ll get the item you think you’re buying. I’m happy to say that as long as you pay attention to what you’re ordering you’ll get exactly what you’re supposed to. Customer service is excellent to work with and very understanding. They work with you to get to a happy resolution. I would buy from them again in the future.
Long story short there was some confusion over the date range, birthday of the United States Navy versus birthday of our country. Nevertheless it was confusing, I brought to their attention and they fixed it immediately. I tried calling a phone number but couldn't get through, so I used the text to customer service method and it was answered promptly and seems to work great. I would buy from them again in the future for sure!
