I made a mistake on the years of service, and they were willing to correct it and send me a replacement for a minimal charge. They were on top of it and were very helpful getting my replacement in a timely manner. Since then, I have ordered more merchandise and have been very satisfied with all!

my experience with this company has been outstanding. The shirts I ordered 2XL came in as ordered but much too large. I contacted customer service and explained my problem. Amber from customer service sent me a shirt sizing chart which was a big help in selecting the correct size.

I ordered two T-shirts commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States Navy coinciding with the 250th birthday of the USA. I ordered the shirts on appropriately enough the 4th of July. My shirts arrived at my doorstep on the 18th of July with photographic proof of delivery to the correct address, building number etc. Unfortunately, when I went to retrieve the package, it was not there. I was the apparent victim of porch pirates I assumed. I contacted Gearvet and explained what had happened. Sadly, there wasn't much that could have been done since the package was delivered to the correct address. I was given a 'THANKS' discount for my next purchase as consolation. My story does have a happy ending though. Lo and behold on the 29th of July, eleven days after it had been originally delivered, my package was on my doorstep! Unbelievable! It was un-damaged, un-opened and in perfect condition. The shirts were also in perfect condition. Shocked is too mild a word to describe how I felt when I saw my package and my shirts. The folks that I spoke with at Gearvet were all wonderful; Jack, Alisha and Amber, "Thank-you all! I highly recommend Gearvet to all of my friends and will definitely make more purchases in the very near future.
