Ordered a father's Day card

Ordered a father's Day card. On there website it said shipping 2-8 days. My dad never received the card. 3 weeks later I get a notification that they are out of stock and cancelled my order. They ruined my dad's father's day. I live in Australia and my parents live in NYC. Have never had any issues ordering cards or clothes for my dad on holidays from other companies for the last 25 years I have been living in Australia. They should be ashamed of taking your money and providing the item. Enough though it says it's in stock. This company should be closed down. Destroyed my father's day for my dad. Never again. There customer service sucks too took them 2 weeks to get back to me. They got back to me since I became annoying to them.

Customer service

Customer service, Stella, was so helpful in getting me the correct picture on the Lego photo for my son. I ordered 2 total and 1 came with an incorrect picture and she helped me get the correct one. The quality is great and the boys, who love Legos, loved their pictures and thought they were a very creative gift!

Good stuff; came assembled.

I am happy to have the product in our home, and it seems like good quality so far! The production and shipping was slow—I didn’t realize I was ordering from overseas. But it came about 3 weeks after ordering which isn’t bad at all! I thought the product of Legos would be sent undone so that the gift recipients would be able to put it together as an activity—it came assembled. That’s excellent for some, but we were a bit bummed. We’d get something else if it caught our eye in the future still.

Spend your hard-earned $ elsewhere!!

I placed 2 orders with this company. Order #1, I took great care to size & position my photo so that the car would not obscure the faces of the people in it. Gecko Custom significantly enlarged my photo, completely covering one face. When I contacted the company, they refused to replace the item with the correct version of the photo. Order #2, I paid an extra $5 for a box for this car. After charging me $5, Gecko Custom used MY box to (internationally) ship the order! It had packing tape all over and a shipping label that was impossible to remove. I had to buy another box in order to gift wrap the car for my husband for Father's Day! When I contacted the company, they refused to credit my for the box. I will NEVER do business with them again!

Product exactly as described. Huge selection of items, styles, colors. Good quality and soft fabric. Really fast delivery for a personalized item. It was a gift and recipient was overjoyed.

GeckoCustom did an excellent job creating a one of a kind button up shirt with pictures of his classic car on it. The fabric is really nice and doesn’t wrinkle easily. Communication with and from the company was excellent!

I ordered a Father's Day gift of photo…

I ordered a Father's Day gift of photo imprinted Lego blocks--in May. Never received it and despite multiple communications with them, still nothing. I was given misinformation (said it was out for delivery in my town, yet tracking said it was still in transit). Gecko took my money and never delivered. They told ME to contact yanwen express (company in China where product was made). I told them they I purchased from THEM and THEY should be tracking it down. They wanted no such responsibility.

Giving me a runaround.. lost the original shipment even after I checked in and they assured me all was well.. Then delayed a second shipment sending me multiple tracking company links where the dates don't align. I am pretty certain I have been scammed for my money and my data.

My husband loved his gift

My husband loved his gift! I would have liked to have choosen the color of the car but I was only allows to choose a Ford Mustang. If given the option, I would have chose a different color but, my husband loved it!

It takes so long to get your order, its been 14 days and still nothing! They should tell you it'll take a month to receive! Never again!!!!🤬

I wanted something really special for my husband on Father’s Day and this showed up in my feed. It came exactly as I ordered it with no issues and even came when expected! My husband absolutely loved it! He even had tears in his eyes!

Do Not Buy from this company!! Scam!!

Do Not Buy from this company!!! It Is A Scam!! They charged me $50 for a “DadWheels” custom design for my husband for Father’s Day. It arrived a week late (after promised shipping date) then it was not even what I ordered & was very very cheaply made. I ordered a blue motorcycle & they send an orange cheap 4 wheeler that the Dollar Tree wouldn’t even sell! Then the family photo in the background was so dark we couldn’t see it without a flashlight on it. When I contacted customer service I was informed that the product they sent me meant their quality standards & they refused to send me what i paid for or reimburse me. Even though it was not even the color or car I paid for. I am beyond disappointed. My bus and works so hard 10/12 hour days, held my hand through my cancer treatments last year, makes time for our family & I just wanted a little something special to say we love him. Totally scammed by this company & their low standards for quality & customer service. Do Not Get Scammed or disappointed like my family.

Amazing company

The shirts I received were exactly as my preview was. They're perfect. I received a couple emails wanting verification that my personal design was correct and I loved that! A company that takes time to double check a custom order is always striving to do great work. Loved my shirts so much I've already placed a second order.

The shirt I bought my husband for Father’s Day, turned out great. The turnaround time was exceptional. I had it ordered with customization and shipped to me within a week. The quality of the shirt was great and the pictures.

would not recommend this company. I ordered a custom Father’s Day gift using a real photo and received a preview showing the exact photo I submitted. Based on that preview, I approved the order. What arrived was completely different—an AI-generated cartoon version of the photo that I never requested and would never have approved. When I contacted customer service, they insisted that I had ordered the AI version, despite the preview they sent clearly showing my actual photograph. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund and instead offered to remake the item only if I paid an additional $20. Asking a customer to pay extra to correct your mistake is unacceptable. The product did not match the approved preview, and the company’s response was even more disappointing than the product itself. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere.

What a great online experience

I want to tell everyone who may be skeptical about this company, that GECKOCUSTOM is unbelievably great. I ordered 3 “flags” for the 250yr anniversary of the United States. All 3 were being delivered to 3 different addresses. The flags came to all 3 addresses and are more than I expected. The colors are vibrant, the wording is bright and clean and I am shocked at the overall quality of the flags themselves. Because of this being an online company from outside the US I was a pest sending emails asking questions about what I had asked for and about delivery. This companies CUSTOMER SERVICES answered every email immediately with an answer that was clear and concise. I am so thrilled with the quality of the product and the professionalism of the customer service that I will look into this company again for the type of product I purchased. GeckoCustom you really stepped up and deserve 5 stars
