Terrible product. Awful quality. Do not waste your money. Tried to get them to make it right, but they wouldn't. Steer clear.

I honestly didn't want to leave a negative review. I really liked this brand and put genuine effort into promoting them as an affiliate partner. But after months of waiting for my commission payment and sending multiple emails to help geckocustom.com — all of which were opened but never replied to — I don't know what else I can do. I'm not angry, just genuinely disappointed. I brought real sales to this store and simply asked to be paid what was agreed. A single reply would have meant everything. I hope this gets resolved someday. For now, I just want other affiliates to know what they might be walking into.

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company! I ordered a picture frame for a Father’s Day present. The item I received came with water damage & the box it came in was damaged as well. I emailed their customer service right away and asked for a replacement or refund (& I attached photos of the damage). The customer service agent, Elena Grace, said my product was fine & thanks for the feedback. Awful customer service! I didn’t pay $55 for a picture frame for a gift to arrive damaged!

Absolutely HORRIBLE - Chinese SCAM

Don’t fall for the gimmick! Absolutely HORRIBLE! This is a cheap SCAM company out of China. If I had to guess, the good reviews are all fake. I paid $60 for a small item for Father’s Day (advertised as “order now for Father’s Day”) on May 30th, giving me over 3 weeks for delivery. In response to the confirmation email, I asked if they could move the background up a bit so no white was showing. I didn’t ask for anything custom - just an edit because of how the photo showed up. They responded saying they would need to pause production to have the design fixed. When I said I just needed it by Father’s Day (June 21st), they said that would NOT be possible as they take 22 BUSINESS days to produce & deliver AND my order was on pause for the edit so it would be even longer. I overpaid for a gift that won’t show up in time - even though I bought it almost a month early. They also advertise a US address and do NOT tell you the items are shipped from over seas or how long delivery will take. Good luck.

I bought a 2 pictures and 2 flags stole from GeckoCustom to my son's high school graduation. It came out perfectly. My son loved it (and so do I). I recommend. The shipping time was good, as well. It came when they said it would.

America 250 Shirt by Gecko Custom

I ordered an America 250 shirt. The website was quick and easy. Order came in as expected. Quality of the material was great. Looked to be well made. Should last a long while! Recommend to others!

My shirt from Gecko was a big hit. I sized upon ladies to a 4 x. I should have gotten 5x. While standing it looks good but sitting I felt strain on the fabric. I definitely would buy again.

It was a very gorgeous memorial Day for my daughters graduation day of her grandmother that meant the world to her. It was made beautifully delivered ahead of time and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Delivery Untimely

I am very disappointed in my order as I was hoping to get it in time for graduation. As of today, it is still in transit. If I knew it would be coming from the other side of the world, I NEVER WOULD HAVE ORDERED, I did not see anything on my order with that information or input.

Inferior product, poor customer service

I'm sorry I had to give it even ONE star. The product ONLINE show the banners I was considering begin displayed outdoors. I ordered TWO separate banners for our American Legion Post for the upcoming 250th birthday of our country. The banners came and the material seemed inferior, very thin, but the colors looked okay. I hung the two banners in front of our Legion Post, but they had deteriorated to the point I had to remove them about two weeks from hanging them. Dealing with their customer service is a JOKE. They agreed to replace the TWO banners with a "higher quality" material. They only replaced ONE banner with the exact same inferior material, while claiming it was a higher grade. Several of us from my Legion looked at BOTH the original and the "new higher quality" and agreed they're the same. I again complained. Here is their response: If you would like to get your refund, we would like to offer you two options: 1. You return the delivered items to our warehouse at the address below. As for my checking, your order is processed and sent out by our warehouse in Asia, regarding the shipping address for the returned package, you can return it to the address below: GeckoCustom 68 Circular Road #02-01, 049422, Singapore Kindly understand that you have to pay the return shipping fee. After you send the item back, please take a picture of the shipping label of the returned package and let us know the tracking number so that we can locate the returned parcel and guarantee your benefit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After that, we can process the refund 2. You can keep the delivered items and a 10% discount on the product cost will be credited to your bank account. Due to the high risk of losing the returned package, this option is more suggested. Because of the high shipping cost (it might take you nearly 40$ to return the product to our warehouse in Asia), the high risk of losing the package, we truly hope that you could consider accepting the offer of 10% refund of product's cost and you do not need to return the product anymore. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I actually love this company

I actually love this company. Yes is from China and that’s sketchy and the prices are pretty high. The sizing is a bit off. I don’t recommend any clothing items besides the tees and tanks. For example the romper is very tight on the bottom and very loose on the top and I am inverted triangle shape meaning my top is larger than my bottom so figure that out. However the print quality is great! They ship fast and if you respond to your file quickly they will adjust anyway until it looks perfect. I value the quality and customer service and will continue ordering here

Geckocustoms.com made the most beautiful grave blanket for my mom and when I explained that I needed it by her birthday they were so empathetic and made sure I received my order in a timely manner I appreciate them so much and I would definitely recommend them to anyone

If I could give a 10 star, I would. My experience with this company was amazing!! Let me tell you baby when I open my package, I was ecstatic of how bright and beautiful the stole was.I think I even paused with my mouth open in a shocked face.👍🏽👍🏽 Two Thumbs up for this company!!

Product is garbage, don't waste your time!

First of all these items are coming from China and took weeks to get to you. I ordered return address labels for a graduation mailout. Not only did they take over 3 weeks but once received they were so small, you need a magnifying glass to read his name and address. I'm not joking either. Prior to me receiving I had asked via email for a refund 3 times and the response is they are in process of being shipped out. May I remind you they were in customs and we know anything coming from China is taking forever. I checked and saw they were in customs. Never again! Why not just return my money. Complete waste of time and money. Going in the garbage 🗑. I ordered April 29th, received May 19th. Straight in the garbage. I would love to upload a picture of the return address labels.
