Not dependable !!!!!

They don't even deserve one star. I ordered twice because they claimed I didn't add my design in the first order so I sent the pictures and design and paid again. I got refunded for the second order and they didn't send me the original order and argued with me and didn't refund my second order or even make it. I sent proof and bank statements and they still did nothing so now I not only don't have my gift for my sons grad, I'm out $50 and idk what to do cause they only have an email and no phone. I had all the emails and order numbers and bank statements and they left me hanging. DONT SUPPORT THEM!!!! I used the link they sent me and it took me to do another order. I had sent the pictures already and then they made me do the thing again you know it whatever it should be easier than this. You guys should have a phone number. I don't want another refund. I want my thing that I ordered and know it was not delivered. I just found out today that you actually sent it . And it will not be here by my son's graduation like it was supposed to be

I've ordered from this company three times. A one-off Christmas present for my husband, that he absolutely loves! Then I ordered a "test" shirt with my dad's photo for his celebration of life. It turned out great. So I wanted to order 11 more of the exact shirt in different sizes. They asked me to order the shirts in one size and then email them with the correct sizes I needed. It was unnerving not knowing if I would get what I ordered, but they got it right, and the shirts are great. The only issue is that the men's sizes are larger than I expected, but we'll make it work.

I am soooo pleased with my purchase. I had one little issue about my personalize Cap with my 4 legged Daughter on the front. I immediately contacted the company, and they were on it immediately. They sent me a text, to tell me that they received my text. My Cap was perfect. I wear it proudly. I love it so much. When I miss her I can just look at my New Cap, and think of her. The shirt came out beautifully

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. They worked with me to optimize my provided images and let me know when I needed higher res images. They incorporated the edits I made (I know a little bit of Photoshop) so that my pets’ images turned out the way I wanted. The final product turned out beautiful. Now I have shorts with my pets’ faces all over them and it’s silly in the best way. The shorts also turned out to be lined like swim trunks so I’ll get double duty from them especially during beach weather.

Item not as described

I ordered a graduation cap topper and it arrived just in time (took almost a month) but only issue is it was not as the website described. The website stated it was made out of stockcard paper, great, because it’s to be worn on your cap right? Well the item I received was an acrylic plaque!!!! How am i supposed to wear that on my cap without it falling off??? So i emailed them and kept getting a response stating I’ll hear something by the end of the next business day, and that’s all i got! Was that response repeatedly! I was asking for a refund because even if they replaced it, it would not arrive on time since my graduation was 2 weeks away and it took almost a month to receive the item! I will NEVER order from them again and I’ll just dispute the charge thru my bank!!!

CUSTOM SHOES FOR GRADUATION

We ordered custom shoes for graduation. The picture was so nice and couldn't wait for them to get here so that he could wear them for graduation. I ordered a size 12 for my Grandson, as that is what he wears in basketball, football, softball etc, but beware, they are WAY TO LARGE!! The company should be ashamed to sell something that is in the garbage now as they are not wearable and not true to size. After I tried to send them back, that is when they said that the consumer should allow a 5% deviation for manual measurement and production. BUYER BEWARE!!

If you had no stars I would give them that .I ordered 4 times .The first order was wrong but it was my fault.The second was great and my brother love it but the next order was bad. I sent the perfect picture wasn't good. Long story straight these ppl are liars.I dealt with Lisa for the most part . Liars and scammers . Don't know how they can live with themselves Update email them my order number with trust pilot urgent as they suggested no reply and I don't expect to hear from them anymore.Another update my nephew got his mug and it was broke. Out over 100.00 from this vile nasty company.

total scam , got a 250th banner , says add 2 at discount price , shows up asa 6 by 6 sticker ...asjed for 50% refubd , they offer 10% ...wtf ...stay away !!!!

I was intrigued by the product idea in which I saw on a Facebook ad from GeckoCustom. I have ordered many items from Facebook ads but at least 50% (or more) of the products are a scam job. I took the chance and ordered the unique product for my stepdaughter's first Mother's Day which is just around the corner and hoped for the best. Maybe 1 1/2 weeks later I received the item and was blown away by the quality ...my Stepdaughter is going to love it!
