ZERO STARS. TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered a custom print t-shirt for Father’s Day, it reeked of chemicals when I received it so decided to wash before giving to her dad before Father’s Day so he would wear it on the big day! washed on cold, when removed from the wash it was all clumped together and the print was all pulled away from the shirt. Company is refusing to refund or send another. The shirt could not of been handled with more care. Washed on cold and laid flat To dry. Terrible company, terrible products and terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money and their cheap products.

Very deceptive

Very deceiving product , made it look like they were making a car, size of matchbox, asked for picture, They put the picture on the packaging, and sent a totally different car, ! $38 for that ! They insisted they didn’t have to give you YOUR CAR ? The picture was for the package? The whole idea was , your car in a package with the picture! This was so deceptive

Product does not look like what they advertise and ends up costing $60 for a protective case they won’t send, and a $10 dollar craft they printed off the computer and put a random toy truck. Will not even give me my $4.99 back for the box and it was never sent in a box that protects it.

I hadn’t received a confirmation email that my order had been shipped, so I emailed their contact support and Stella was quick to locate my order and work to get it delivered in time for Father’s Day! When I received the pen holder with my sweet babies faces on it, I was so pleased with how it turned out. I know daddy will love it!!

I ordered a customized T-shirt shirt as a gift and it was beautiful and arrived on time. Their customer service is excellent and very responsive to inquiries regarding your order. I will certainly use them in the future.

Buyer beware: shirt arrived damaged

Buyer beware when ordering from this company. I ordered a customized Hawaiian shirt as a gift for my dad. Shipping took longer than advertised, but that wasn't a problem since I expected delays based on other reviews. What was a problem was that the shirt arrived with multiple snags, creating very thin fabric areas, printing defects, and holes in it. I contacted the company the same day it arrived with the issue and multiple pictures, and after multiple days of email exchange was told that no refund or replacement could be offered since the shirt arrived customized like I had ordered (despite them advertising a policy that they will replace or refund damaged items). While the design is correct, I did not request it arrived damaged to the point that it would be embarrassing to even gift it. For the cost, I would expect much better quality: as it stands, I don't think this shirt would survive more than a couple wears/washes. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience. UPDATE: As you can see, GeckoCustom did respond with a generic response. I have previously reached out to the company as referenced in my initial review and they did not stand by their damages policy and did not make an attempt to make it right. Please don't take their standardized response as a true good-faith effort to right a situation. I still would not recommend this company. I also left a review on their company website when I wrote my initial review, and it was never posted. A company that filters their reviews to skew their reputation says all you need to know.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a Father's Day shirt. It arrived in a FADED color that did NOT represent the color on their website. More importantly, the custom photo I sent (taken with an iPhone 17 Pro Max) was faded with low RGB colors. It looked the shirt had been washed 100 times! I asked no less than 6 times for a replacement. And they FINALLY said they were not issuing me a new shirt, that I was lying. EVEN AFTER I sent photos to prove my case!! They are terrible and this is NOT over! They are crooks and scammers!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
