I had tried to change the size for one smaller, the policy was ridiculous, including sending pictures etc, all I wanted was a smaller size!! When I complained I was told if I paid the postage (half the cost of the t-shirt) I could keep the old one and order a different size/colour/design. Tried to make the best of a bad situation and asked for same design in a different colour. I was sent the exact same colour, so now I have spent over £30 for t-shirts (average quality) that are exactly the same, other than the size. I would not have paid the postage again, other than the promise of a different colour/design. Overall I would avoid this company, there are many others doing the same styles cheaper with much better return policies.

Awful! Don't risk it! I ordered 3 shirts for my husband. One was ok, poor quality but he liked it. The other two were terrible! One looked like it had an embroidered motif but it was actually printed. It was strange stiff fabric like you buy for curtains not clothes, stitching was dodgy and the sizing was enormous (all three ordered the same size but the two that are no good are at least one to two sizes bigger than the other). There's no info about returning items so i have emailed to request returns info. I'm now on our 8th email of them either asking irrelevant questions and refusing to give me any way of returning. They're saying they will remake and resend but I have repeatedly asked for details to return them as I don't want replacements. It's getting on for a month now and still no response that actually resolves the issue. Customer service is awful (although it may be an AI response as they don't seem to respond to what you are actually asking). AVOID! Edit: as I no longer appear able to respond to the company's response to me. I have followed the advice, referred to the response here and the company while accepting to refund are refusing to cover return fees (which they are obliged to when items are faulty, of poor quality and/or not a described such as mine were). Still arguing with them now and looking at chargeback and other options to issue penalties to them.
