The service seems fine but the phone is…

The service seems fine but the phone is pretty close to garbage its glitchy and the touchscreen doesn't work well. The battery goes dead very fast. I'm grateful for the free service however. I would recommend paying the extra money for a better phone I just didn't have it the day I ordered.

These phones are designed for essential use (calls, texts, and light browsing). If you need a phone that better fits your needs, we offer low-cost upgrade options. I needed my number changed because I…

I needed my number changed because I was getting too many calls and texts from the previous owner. They changed my phone number immediately and I haven’t had a single wrong number since.

The phone is okay but slow.

The phone was okay somehow is goes slow for the signal. I don’t have anything that I like or dislike I just being honest that it goes slow.
