I was told that the account I wanted was out of sale after I bought it? This was something they could have put on their website which left me with no choice but to pick a different unwanted account since I couldn’t get a refund. The account has an extremely high adventure rank with horribly weak characters so its completely unplayable. Not only did I not get what I want, but I got something else that was even worse. They also took forever to respond which I somewhat understand but is still really irritating.
You should let others know when an item ,account ,etc is sold out.
I’ve been purchasing from this website for a while, I like it. However i feel like you should post and let others know when things get sold out, although you gave me a really good deal by offering more then expected, I still felt pretty bummed out that what I wanted wasn’t available. I think letting others know when things are sold out is really helpful.They purchase it, expect the item to only find out that item was not really available. This would save buyers some time so they can find other options to purchase in my opinion.

i didn't receive what I ordered. it more seems like they didn't have what I ordered and they substituted it, which isn't cool. if you don't have it, give me back my money, simple. I emailed, never got a response even though their site states that's their fastest way of communication, really upset.
EDIT: I was contacted on April 23rd and offered a full refund of my order, so because they are willing to make it right, I am back and I will give them their five stars. Thank you.
By all means a good service, but a little hard to use.
Fast, reliable, and accurate. Everything is exactly as ordered, always consistent in quality, and quick. BUT if you're not good at something like genshin, you probably shouldn't buy an account from here due to unleveled characters. It's a bit better of an experience for HSR. As for the other games on here though, I haven't had much of an experience myself in account buying with them, but I've heard the experience is good.
Amazing service, although I kinda thought that at least the traveler, lisa, Kaeya, and amber would be leveled up way higher- not sure how I would defeat monsters better since its not so much ascension materials. Still pretty good though!
They came in under the agreed upon time. They had sold out of the original order but contacted me within an hour or so offering me a substitution that was fair. It was a good deal as well, below going market rates. I was scared that I would be scammed but they gave me exactly what they promised. Only reason I gave four stars instead of five is they are difficult to contact, if not impossible. Not scammed however.
