Can't beat simple!

Flex has made things so simple that i don't even have to pay attention anymore, i know my rent is paid on time, and the burden of a large payment being split in two is really helpful.

what I dislike his the balance my first payment is 828 the second payment is 500 I feel like they should be equal out match rhe same price & that’s it that all other than that I love it

I love Flex

I love Flex! My main income source is SSI and I'm not paid until the 2nd Wednesday of every month. Rent is due on the 1st of every month so this gap caused me stress every month. I was always trying to save the funds to make payments on time. Now with Flex, the process is much easier. Also, the App allows you to make payments anytime you have the funds.

I really appreciate this pay service option! Knowing my rent is paid in full and on time and being able to split my payments has put me at ease. Application process was simple and the payment reminder texts are also helpful.

Im retired on a fixed monthly income. The Flex payments assist me in budgeting my monthly rent payment to coincide with dates I receive my unearned monthly income.

The split payment is so helpful in these times but the $14.99 a month payment is a bit much for what is offered. surprised there wasn't a deal in the beginning to attempt to offset the monthly charged.

For the first 4 months my payments were…

For the first 4 months my payments were taken on the day they were due. Now, they're taken between 2 and 3 days early. This results in my bank account being overdrawn, not once but twice a month. You can't chat with a human, only a chat bot that sends you in frustrating loops I'm likely ending my flex service. You want my customership? Be a little more user friendly.

My experience is great

My experience is great. I've had no technical issues or any other customer service type issues. My payment is paid on the 1st which is such a big stress relief for me and the ability to make multiple payments is really a huge help. Using FLEX is easy, reliable, and a great service.
