What I do not like is that the charges for electric and water, which is billed at the same time, and paid on the same portal, is not included under the rent payment. All in all, this is a good option if yu want to ensure that you have enough left over after the 1st of the month until your next check arrives.

First off wait until people put the money in their bank account most people don’t have to worry until the 5th or after the 5th y’all start trying peoples accounts on the first of the month y’all don’t say that when people sign up and on top of that we’re paying y’all a fee y’all never said that before people be signing up
I like the flexibility of giving another chance when funds not available on the said date. I like my withdrawal to be on Fridays not midweek of beginning of the week.
