Using flex has decreased my credit…

Using flex has decreased my credit score simply because what’s being reported to the credit bureau are lies. In order to use flex I have to first pay over 60% of my rent up front and flex will cover the remaining which is always $707, nothing more or nothing less. I pay around $1260.00 before flex will pay $707.00 but flex is lying as if I was financed around $2000.00 for a 24 month term when in reality the true amount financed was only $700.00 for less than a 30 days term. The $700.00 must be paid before the last day of the month in order to continue to use flex on a month to month basis. Flex charges an additional $7.00 fee to make a debit card payment which brings my remaining balance to $707.00 and charges around $13.00 to make a debit card payment for the first payment at the beginning of the month which brings my amount due to around $1260.00 not to mention that the $1260.00 must be paid first before flex will pay the remaining balance. There is also a $15 membership fee every month on the 15th. I am paying around $35.00 in fees every month for $707.00. No one should have to pay $13 or $7 to make a debit card payment. When I first signed up for flex my bank blocked this company from receiving payments out of my bank account and warned me that this company has been reported as fraud. I’m now I understand.

Raising Fees ?

I have had a decent experience with flex these past few months. But this bogus explanation I received today on the app on how they are raising the fees? Is nonsense. Just say you raising fees. Nothing changed in the app. No new layout, changes to how payments are made, nothing. But now you raising the fees?

I haven't experienced any problems

I was able to get signed up right away. Everything has happened exactly the way that I was informed that it would (very transparent). I receive timely reminder messages of when payments will be deducted from my account.

Helps balance the budget

Flex was a Godsend, splitting the rent into two payments helps to free up a little money for other bills that’s due at the beginning of the month. I was a bit nervous at first worried that they wouldn’t really pay my rent on time and have me messed up, but as long as you make your payments on time they send off your full rent on time. I pay half on the 1st and the other half on the 17th (i also loved the fact that you decide on the date for your second payment).
