Great technical compatibility and customer service
The support is very good even with the occasional data center outage that happens from time to to time. Maybe 1-3 times a year. I use it to stream services outside Australia and it works a treat. have been using it since 2016 and have a lifetime subscription. It's been well worth it. Also you get a VPN account with your subscription and it is easy to use, but not all websites (especially streaming platforms) accept VPN connections, so really depends on your use case scenario. All in all I highly recommend Getflix!

Getflix support is good, they are always helpful in resolving issues even if sometimes it isn’t a getflix issue, IE Eero update that killed the service 😀
Impossible to cancel an account once started
I have cancelled my account with Getflix about 15 months ago but they will not stop taking the subscription. I have emailed them for over a year and contacted my bank on several occasions.

Charged After Trial Despite Multiple Cancellation Emails
I signed up for a 3-day trial subscription with this company, and despite sending ~ ten emails requesting a cancellation, they still charged my account. Their customer service never responded properly, and there was no transparent way to cancel the subscription. This website feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away. Update : Finally got my refund

I have been a satisfied Getflix customer for many years. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They answer questions/problems quickly and will resolve any difficulties no matter how long it takes. It id not difficult to setup Getflix with the clear instructions and responsive staff.
