I ordered 4 pillows and 2 sets of pillow cases. We are extremely happy with our purchase. We did decide to return 2 pillows and 1 set of pillowcases. Contacted support. My lucky day. I got distracted by a Nuzzle ad while reading some news on my phone, and decided to click on it...I rarely do this. After reading more I decided to buy 2 side sleeper pillows, and they arrived in no time at all! One arrived with a broken zipper, so I emailed Nuzzle and within a day I had a new pillow on the way since they weren't able to just send a cover replacement. Their Customer Experience team is quick and kind! Thanks Jaice for all the great help!
