Disappointment
I had a very bad experience with my first ever business with the company. I made a mistake for choosing size 11.5 instead of 7.5 and they refused to exchange it. Bad business!!!

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please check your order; you ordered the Hand-Dyed Woven Loafer - Sale (Ships to the US only) Brown / 11.5 SKU DB101A-25A/11.5. We shipped it according to the size listed on your order. These are special offer items and are not eligible for returns or refunds. We had already explained this on the promotional page. https://gifennse.com/apps/pagefly?id=23ebdff4-9bef-4f9e-9445-4a412f8af954
Chinese dropshipping site
This is a fairly typical scam nowadays. The company is thinese, as the domain is registered to a chinese email address. The shorts you see on YT and the images on the site are not at all what the real products look and feel like. If anything is handcrafted, it is by chinese factory workers, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's all automated. For all intents and purposes, this is a scam.

We disclose on our website that we are a factory in China, and our shoes are all handmade and dyed—this is beyond question. Met Expectation
I have purchased many dress shoes over the years. The Gifennse style caught my attention on the internet. A bit expensive, but not overly expensive. When I received the shoes, they met my expectations. They look great, fit great, and I hope they have the quality to last for a while.
