I ordered over a month ago and have gotten NOTHING. Even the trracking number they sent is totally fake. This was for my wife and now I look like a smuck because I told her I got her something, this just isnt right. Stay away from this company! My experience with this company has been negative. My order took over a month along with several emails to see if it was even coming. The post office finally had the package but it was flagged as fraudulant postage. Who does that?! I refused to pay the postage again and sent it back. I demanded a refund immediately and that is still pending. There are also other chinese companies with various names offering good prices but poor service and lack of supplying what you paid for.

Altho the issue seemed hard for the easy fix to grasp, the rep went steps beyond to fix the problem. Having an older phone that wouldn't perform what was originally needed, didn't help, but finally got around it.
