I love how the brand combines its rich beekeeping heritage with modern beauty, creating products that feel luxurious while still being rooted in a genuine story. The focus on honey, haircare, fragrance and self-care makes Gisou especially unique to me. It’s the kind of brand I would genuinely love to create beautiful, authentic content for and introduce to my audience.

Spent £100 on 2 multipacks of lip…

Spent £100 on 2 multipacks of lip glosses, they leak horrendously ruining clothes and wasting product. Have contacted twice to complain as seems to be a known issue and ask for replacements and each time I get no answer bar an automated response asking for feedback on how they dealt with it! Love the products but will not use again due to lack of customer care and impossible to contact

Delivery issues with ups

Had an issue with UPS with the delivery my package never was delivered to my home. I was able to contact Gisou and let them know what happened and they were glad to assist. I was so thankful that they were able to help me with this package as I love all of their products. They definitely are checking all the boxes for me to continue being a loyal customer.

Nice service

Really fast reaction on my email. My lip oil leaked and had issues with the stopper. They were helpful by replacing my order and even gave me an extra mini gift with it . Really liked the nice service and you can see they care about their customers. Its really my fave brand 🐝

Great formulas - bad packaging Three separate lip oils all leaked, the stopper on two of them broke after one to two uses, and the third stopper had disintegrated into the oil before I even opened the box. Super disappointing, especially for the price would hope there would be better quality control.

Very trustworthy

I love Gisou they send you things right away and they answered my emails from the next hour to the next day!! I love all of their lip stuff and conditioner it helps my hair so much!! I got my order in the span of a week it wasn’t that bad so I would always go back and shop for Gisou

Very disappointing customer service…

Very disappointing customer service experience. I contacted Gisou about an issue before placing my order and was given incorrect information. Their replies took around three days each time, so I ended up spending almost a week waiting and going back and forth by email. In the end, the issue was not actually resolved. They only offered me a 15% discount, which I already had anyway, so it did not feel like a real solution or goodwill gesture. Overall, I wasted a week waiting for slow replies and was left disappointed by how the situation was handled.

It's been over a month without my order…

It's been over a month without my order arriving, I keep sending emails wondering when it will be on it's way because I can still see it's in process and all I get back is some dumb AI message saying they're sorry and that my order is still in process. I know it's in process when will it arrive? 😒

VERY BAD customer service and uspport…

VERY BAD customer service and uspport team took me 2 weeks to get an answer for my tracking number. everytime they route me to AI and doesnt understand what im trying to say first they shipped broken item so i asked for a replacement. they said they are sending me new product but shipped smaller size. bad communicaiton internally so i asked for the right one and when there is automate email for sent item, there is no tracking number i had to contact customer support but she is AI and cant help me AT ALL

I’m amazed with gisous’ customer service , the way they helped me literally no brand does it like that , I had a case of a packaging leak and right away they sent me a replacement literally wasn’t expecting that , love gisou and will for ever be their customer

I’ve been using Gisou and it’s quickly become a favorite part of my self-care routine. Everything feels lightweight, smells like an expensive honey-floral blend, and adds a subtle glow that makes you feel polished. The packaging is gorgeous — total luxury vibe — and the scent lingers in the best way. It makes daily routines feel a bit more indulgent.
