Do not get

First test cane with a cracked cup. Second test got messed up during delivery and that cup leaked. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Caused more stress then what it's worth and the results are heavily inaccurate. When we called to get the new one delivered the customer service lady seemed upset we wanted a new one or refund. For $600 plus dollars it better be accurate and done correctly!!

My partner appreciated the discretion and the ability to test at home in our journey to future parenthood. He’s considerably older than myself, but we plan to have children. IVF and Freezing Guidance

My wife and I were at a loss on where to turn for guidance on starting the IVF process. I travel for work quite frequently so timed intercourse is tricky. I reached out to Legacy and AJ was professional, kind, and gave us the information needed to feel confident in moving forward. We purchased their 5 year plan to allow flexibility should our plans change along the way. The process has been smooth and their support has been there to guide us when we had additional questions. We purchased an at-home sperm kit that was user-friendly, straightforward to use. I had some questions that the team was able to promptly answer within a day; overall, they made an otherwise daunting process fairly easy!

Much More Convenient Than A Clinic!

This was such a quick and convenient experience compared to the alternatives. The purchase experience was simple and straightforward. The box/kit arrived when it was scheduled. When it arrived the kit looked premium and well thought out. Instructions were clear and easy, then just drop it off to get it mailed back. In a few days my results were on their website including an option to freeze. It was so easy!

Good Procedures.

Very professional, with solid technology and clear instructions. A bit inconvenient that they don’t have a 24-hour receptionist or even a directory option when calling. The only thing that stopped them from getting 5 stars.

The turn around time is amazing

The turn around time is amazing! We did a sperm analaysis and DNA fragmentation. Sent out his sample on Wednesday morning and we had results Friday morning before 6am! Absolutely fantastic! The price is high but it is what it is.
