Global rescue so far has been prompt and friendly. Thankfully I haven't had to utilize their services.I travel internationally for work and I am often in remote areas. It is such a peace of mind knowing that if something does happen they have a team that will come and get me.

Contacted Global Rescue to get travel…

Contacted Global Rescue to get travel and evacuation insurance. Everything went fine — I just needed a final call with them to become one of their customers. Being in a remote part of the world, I don’t have cellular service, so I asked if we could do the call via WhatsApp. I was told that in order for them to use WhatsApp, I first needed to become a customer, so the call had to be via cellular. Just to make sure I understood it correctly, I asked: “Do I understand it correctly that you won’t call me via WhatsApp to finalize our agreement and make me a customer, because I’m not yet a customer?” Which they confirmed… hilarious indeed 😂

Very easy in all aspects to renew

Pneumonia in Peru…

I was admitted to a hospital in Peru with pneumonia. The Global Rescue representative was extremely helpful. He checked in with my husband and I several times a day. He kept informed about the treatment I was receiving to make sure it was appropriate.

I've been a member for several years…

I've been a member for several years and travel frequently. Grateful to belong as I have confidence if difficulties arise. So far all travel has had no problems.

GH has my back when I'm out of the USA

I travel overseas for business about every six weeks to either China or Africa. My biggest concern is cities and airports I transit through and my working country safety when in the ground in Africa. I always watch all GR alerts as well as check up on the app on countries I am going to about a week prior to each trip. It gives me peace of mind I'm not getting into any security risk areas, natural disasters or disease breakouts. It also gives my wife peace of mind that nothing happens to me on my trips and can be evacuated in emergency situations. Lastly my main hobby is hunting to GR has my back in other countries as well.
