Ripoff company. They are a pyramid not for people but for your money. No notification of next renewal, but they can send a hundred other emails. Option to convert to maven money basically means they keep the money since if you cancel, you lose it. They "unfortunately" don't send refunds. What kind of legit company does that.

It took a bit for me to start getting my boxes, I had selected 3 before I ever received any. Contacted customer service and they were very helpful. One box had to be changed because of trouble getting them to the states I guess. I received a box with a cracked mug in it. Customer service was very prompt in answering and giving me maven money equal to the cost of the mug. Enjoy all the products and looked forward to getting the monthly box.

I love the company the product never disappoints. There have been some shipping issues. I have had some missing items that I never received after being promised they will send. Overall I enjoy getting the monthly box.

I look forward to receiving my surprise box every month. I never know what will be in it, so it's like Christmas every month! I am never disappointed and have embellished my home with many beautiful, artisanal pieces. I've ordered many things from the website as well and am never disappointed. I get tons of compliments on the many items I display. Best subscription box around and because all the items are fair trade,I know that my purchases benefit artisans around the globe and help them achieve fair value for their work.

I joined GlobeIn months ago, have not received a single box. I did a 3 month subscription and all of the money has been deducted from my bank account but I have not received one item. I have sent emails with no response. Very unhappy.

Initially when I joined it was great. Then went downhill. Items arrived months late and almost every items packed poorly and something would be broken or items cancelled. This month I could not be happier. You finally listened to us and are trying. I need a few months of this increased care before I can recommend.

Love this company, their mission, and the products. The app can be a bit hard to navigate and understand, but they seem to be making improvements so I’m hopeful it will be easier to use in the future

Overall I really love this company. They have been behind on shipping a few times and I have received broken items, but their customer service is always very helpful and usually gets back to me within just a couple of days. And I have never been disappointed with the quality of any of their items!
