Started a 12 month subscription but my payment failed. Was told they wouldn’t try and take it again, it would be cancelled and I should start a new subscription. I did this and then they took the money for the first subscription without my consent. Took almost two weeks of back and forth to sort it out with little to no apologies (was even told I’d have to keep both subscriptions for 12 months at one point) and I’m still waiting for a refund for the first subscription.

Unredeemable gift voucher…
I ordered a 6 month gift voucher for my granddaughters 11th birthday but still we have been unable to redeem it. I feel like the £75 has been stolen from me. I used to be a glossybox fan, but now I would not recommend it.

Wasn't really sure how trust worthy this site was but I got a deal on Instagram and paid just les than 12 pounds for not one but 2 boxes. Was surprised by the quantity and quality as well. Love the deodorant and shimmer body lotions . Haven't tried the other bits yet but can't wait.
