We’re new to FAHM
We’re new to First American Home Warranty and have had no claims to submit so far. We did quite a bit of research before choosing them. Our neighbor, who previously worked for a competitor home warranty company, suggested FAHW as a company he would choose. This went a long way toward helping us make a decision. One additional factor in our choice was having a representative we could easily contact on a consistent basis. He’s not for any claims but is available to answer questions and offer advice. We contacted him a couple times before signing up and once after. He responded quickly and assisted us. Without going through the claims process, it’s difficult to offer a realistic rating. So, for now, our rating is based upon the coverage we chose, their pricing and the professionalism of our representative. When a claim becomes necessary, we can provide a better review.
