My AYO glasses have been a game changer
My AYO glasses have been a game changer for my sleep and energy level. I waited for almost two months before giving my review. I am sleeping deeper than I have in a long time and I never used to dream and I do all the time. I no longer get the energy crashes in the afternoon. I haven’t done anything different except the glasses, so they have to be the reason I feel so good again. Customer service was excellent when it took longer than it should have to receive my glasses because of the shipping carrier. Thanks AYO!

Im very happy with this product
Im very happy with this product. A larger battery would be an excellent addition but the product itself has delivered in waking me up before my 4 AM alarm clock and Im now able to go the whole morning without my morning coffee allowing me to save it for lunch to power through the 1 PM crash. Will purchase again.

Just one issue to fix, otherwise great
These glasses deserve 5 stars if not for one slight issue which is that the nose rest is not comfortable, at least on my 60cm circumference head (60cm is on the upper end of “large”). They tend to leave a faint red mark on the bridge of my nose no matter how I adjust them over 6 weeks of use so far. This doesn’t matter that much as I only use them for 20-60 minutes a day, but I really wish they had a better nose rest, e.g. like the ones on Oakley glasses, for this price. I still really like these glasses though! Overall they are great and they have, seemingly, helped me so much to keep a consistent sleep schedule for one of the first times ever. Update: unfortunately I eventually found the discomfort grew too annoying to keep using these glasses. However, AYO offered me a partial refund when I explained this, as it was beyond the 60 day return window.

Feedback on AYO+ Light Therapy Glasses
Overall, I am very satisfied with the product. The glasses feel well-designed and high-quality, both in materials and construction. They give a solid, premium impression and are comfortable to wear as part of a daily routine. The hands-free design makes them especially practical compared to traditional light therapy lamps, and they integrate easily into normal morning activities. In terms of performance, the glasses appear to work as intended. I have noticed a clear improvement in morning alertness and overall daytime energy when using them consistently. The experience feels natural rather than intrusive, which is important for long-term use. If there is one area that could be reconsidered, it is the carrying case. While it is also very high-quality, it feels somewhat over-engineered and slightly cumbersome for everyday use. Because it requires quite precise placement of the glasses, I personally chose to replace it with a lighter, simpler case that is quicker to handle during busy mornings. Aside from this minor point, I am very pleased with the product and would recommend it to others looking for a practical light therapy solution. Bye Bye Winter Blues!
Very pleased with the quality of these light therapy glasses and the ease of use! I struggle with seasonal moods and these seem to help me get through the dreary, gray days better. Though only used them during the winter, I’m looking forward to using them in all throughout the year because where I live we get a ton of summer rainstorms and bad weather just seems to bring me down. I’m also taking a trip in May which will require a very long flight and a significant time zone difference, so I’m anticipating these will help me reset my body clock! Great customer service with AYO too!

Honestly surprised
To be honest, I didn't think they could actually work and help me get that boost I need in the morning, but to my surprise, they are amazing and I do feel 100% the difference in a way I cant even explain it.

I’m 50 and didn’t expect much
I’m 50 and didn’t expect much, but AYO Light Therapy has actually helped. I use it in the morning with my coffee and I’ve noticed I feel more awake and steady throughout the day. It’s easy to use and not a hassle. Nothing over the top, just something that quietly works. Glad I decided to try it.

I've been using the AYO glasses for a…
I've been using the AYO glasses for a little over 3 months now. At my age the winters here make me feel sluggish, and my sleep hasn't been great since menopause started messing with things. I pop them on most mornings while I have my tea and read —about 20 minutes. I do notice I'm more awake during the day and don't crash as hard in the afternoon. Tried the evening setting a couple times when I was up too late, and it did seem to help me settle down sooner. They're lightweight and easy to wear. Battery holds up fine, and the app's easy enough once you get the hang of it. It's not some miracle cure, but it's made a nice difference in how I feel overall. I'd definitely recommend them if you're over being tired all the time.

Excellent customer service
Had some technical issues with the product, the customer service is amazing, probably one of the best, gave me different options to rectify the issue. The replacement works perfectly and does help with improving my sleep wake cycle, now it's on me to ensure consistency. Great product and more importantly perfect customer service!

I bought these for the red light…
I bought these for the red light therapy that biohacker mode enables. I have been satisfied with that so far. However within a month one of the arms started feeling flimsy like it would break off soon. AYO Support quickly helped my get a replacement pair within a few days. I am impressed and thankful for the help and support. — David
