I had booked a 72 hour hop on hop off bus for 4 people in Rome along with the Collaseam and Sistine chapel. We managed to see both the collaseam and Sistine chapel without too much problem. The hop on hop off bus was a different matter. When we tried to use our passes supplied by the travel agent Tui they wouldn't scan on the bus. This left us very disappointed at a cost of £136. I went to the travel agent on return and explained the situation. They contacted Go City and it seemed to me they were putting the onus on myself for which Iwas very annoyed. This is the first time I have booked anything like this in advance. It looks like Go City have completely washed their hands in accepting its their problem while I'm having to pay the price. Don't book a hop on hop off bus with them. There customer service is appalling.

I have used Go City on several vacations. For the money and the events that Go City has to offer, you cannot beat the price, experience, and convenience Go City. It saves so much money, and skips the hassle of spending time researching what to do. It is all on the app!

Essentially these passes are well worth…
Essentially these passes are well worth getting and save you money, however just back from NYC and could only use 5 out of our 6 passes, so had to pay to get in to one of the sights, despite being reassured by an Agent on 2 occasions that our passes were still active and ok to use, we got told at 2 sites that our passes had expired!..so had to pay to get in, been in touch with the company today, who acknowledge we had 1 of our passes still available, and woukd look into the matter, told me to wait 24 to 48 hours then get back in touch, sorry but Im a customer, who has a bona fide complaint which they have acknowledged, asked to be called about it but they dont do phone calls apparently, so told me to check my e mails over next few days that's my recent experience anyway, I cant be the first !

I bought the Go City pass for our trip to New York. Pass was for 2 adults and 2 children, and bought for 4 days.
We were able to do 11 activities which kept us very busy. It was worth the price and would buy Go City pass again.

More hassle than it was worth
Few options to schedule tours. Fewer options regularly in English. Issues with reservations when we were able to make them. And after dealing with all that, it didn’t save money in many cases.
Despite being in Madrid for a month, we were able to use a fraction of the passes purchased for our family of four. Will not purchase GoCity pass again.

The go city pass is great. You have a lot of choice. The only reason I am rating a 4 and not a 5 is because the wording on your best pass made me think you could go to attractions more than once for example seaworld or legoland. It should say specifically one entrance per attraction

Had to do at least 20 attractions to get monies worth .I'm back in London in November and should be allowed to use it then. Didn't c u can't use climbing the 02 on Saturday so that was waste of train tickets. But for that ok

We loved Familia Sagrada and Montserrat…
Explorer Pass was a very good choice. We chose 3 tours: Sagrada Familia, Montserrat, and Park Guell. We loved Sagrada Familia and Montserrat tours. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and very friendly. Taking a tour guide to Park Guell was a waste of time. He only walked us from the meeting point to the park entry. It was a waste of time.

The Gi City Las Vegas is amazing. Uts very easy to use and there are a lot of great places included. You have to pay close attention to only getting one premium selection on the 3+ day pass. This not always obvious and would have made a difference in which pass we purchased.
