I have been a member for several years and found value to their service but now need to cancel as I don’t travel anymore. I cancelled my subscription in May before my June renewal time and now find they have charged my credit card anyway. Very disappointing. Hope that someone from customer service really does get back to me to correct this

Best way to travel! I've been using going for 5+ years now. I have traveled all over the globe for less than $500 round trip. Booking is easy and emails contain just what you want to know. It is super easy to track flights. My only problem is getting enough time off of work.

I have always relied on Going as my primary source of great airfares and information. I just upgraded to Elite, and two days later either a mistake fare or incredible discounted Business class fare came across to Saudi Arabia, where I will position for a tour we are taking to Egypt in February 2027. My highest recommendation.

Don’t ever book with this company! They’re a ripoff and doesn’t have a live person to speak with only by chat which is not professional! And if I would’ve known this before I booked I would’ve booked elsewhere. They got me for over $500 and trying to offer my a $95 credit to fly with them! This is bs and I advise everyone to be cautious!
