They did come on the date that I selected. I chose the time frame of 12-4PM. I was supposed to be contacted early in the day by the driver to tell me what time he thought he’d get there. Not only did I have to pay up front, but they requested I call them . They never contacted me until minutes before he arrived and were over an hour late.
I found them on the internet, they gave me a very reasonable quote of 500 dollars. But they wanted payment immediately. And when I said I will pay when I see a truck arrive. That ended the transaction. I don't know anything about them and have dealt with other internet sites that look just as impressive but were not reputable. Then their staff was unprofessional in their response.

The loader was excellent and should be commended. However, to send him alone to remove a couch, loveseat and coffee table was absurd. I wold rate him 5 out of 5 stars, and Goloadup one out of five.

Driver got stuck in heavy traffic due to severe downpours, so had to be rescheduled till the next day. Peter made sure to work around my schedule for the arrival. They were there on time and the procedure was seamless. The pickup person was friendly and efficient. The price I paid was significantly lower than other shredding companies would have charged. I would definitely use them again.

The guys were almost right on time (they had to stop for gas so no big deal). They were very nice to me and very efficient. I think we locked it all up at around 30 minutes so it was a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone and plan to use them in the future if need be.

Experience was ok. I am disappointed that the independent contractor who was assigned to my appointment had broke windows in the front door of lobby in my building. I was told by property management that the damage would cost $525 plus tax. When speaking to the independent contractor about the damage, I was not given insurance information for damage. My property management company needs to be reimbursed for the damages and I refuse to pay. The contractor stated that he thought Loadaup would pay for these damages.,

Setting up the appointment on the LoadUp website was easy and straightforward. It could be more clear about used appliance donations -- not every charity takes them. Victor got our broken built-in refrigerator uninstalled and out of the house. Not cheap but time didn't allow us to do much price comparisons. Happy with the result though.

After a few no show attempts with other companies a gentleman from your company carefully disassembled a bunk bed and took it away. I was impressed and hopeful that it would be donated because it was in very god condition.
