Good service but a safety concern
This is a gig work situation which I did not realize when ordering. I had several pieces of large furniture to be removed and a single guy showed up with a pickup truck. Now, let me say, he was great, polite, and somehow managed to move the stuff and get it all stacked into his truck. Safety was definitely not at play here. He could have injured himself and the truck was overloaded and only minimally secured. Not sure who has liability. I gave a good rating because the guy was great, worked quickly, and managed what seemed impossible but I was still a bit worried about the whole thing. Also could not get a clear read on how the items would be deposed of. I chose this option because I liked the idea of the items going to a charity or something of that sort. Never got confirmation. Anyway, it was an easy and cost effective choice but probably would not use them again due to the uncomfortable situation I had to deal with.
