Denied for common cold

I signed up for a telehealth visit for a lingering chest cold, requesting antibiotics. Was told I cant see a Dr through GoodRx, that I must be seen in person. WHY is my condition listed if I can't use this service for it?! I wasted a lot of time joining a membership, then was charged full price anyway, waited for a robot to tell me go to a clinic for $50?! Smells like a huge scam.

Screening Failure/Misleading Sales process

The website or questionnaire did not clearly state that I needed to already have a diagnosis before scheduling the visit. If that was a requirement for the service I selected, it should have been made clear in the questionnaire or during the booking process before I paid for the consultation. Instead, I paid for a consultation only to be told to see my primary care provider for a diagnosis. No meaningful assessment of my condition occurred in that 2 minute video chat. I believe there’s a possible screening failure and/or misleading sales process.

I get my dog Milo’s apoquil there

I get my dog Milo’s apoquil there. At first it was 56.00 per month, great price! My next months prescription was 89.00? WHAT, it’s 92 at the vet! I contacted them and was told basically that was the price only for the first order, that’s rediculous. When I contacted them and complained, they offered me the rx at 72.00 per month, 2.54 per pill. I sadly agreed and now they are charging me 84 and change. The savings is really not worth the monthly hassle. They do not communicate well with each other either, one hand has no clue what the other is doing, and they couldn’t find their ass with two hands and a map. Save yourself the aggravation and buy it at the vet!

It's a nice discount option, I just wish he'd showed up first whenever my pharmacist is looking to see if I have insurance. They keep putting my prescriptions on my overpriced insurance and not GoodRx.

They withdrew money from my account after it was cancelled. They will steal your money. I have called to be sent to another department and then they still have to investigate. I've already told them just give me my 14.99 back but they keep giving me the run around. Do I really have to hire an attorney? I mean come on

Good RX saves me money

Good RX saves me money! I have a Medicare advantage health plan that is ridiculous when it comes to drug prices. How does a generic drug that has been around for decades cost $225 out of pocket for a 3 month script. With Good Rx it costs me less than $5o which saves me $175 every 3 months. Only hassle is when you pick up the script at the pharmacy they have to change from my insurance to Good rx.

Weight Loss Program is Rip Off

Always loved the app for researching prescriptions. Decided to try the online health for weight loss. Problem with these services is they will not provide any information up front regarding what medicine they will prescribe or the costs. They want you to join a monthly service for $149 per month. They conveniently discount the first month but if you decide not to go with their recommendation for weight loss drugs, you must manually cancel the monthly subscription and no refunds for the initial month you paid. Waste of time and money.
