I am so glad that Goodrx is here for me, my medicine would be very expensive, because I now have no insurance. Ty goodrx
We're very happy we can be here for you, Kimberly!
The Gold Card is a scam. Don’t buy it. The prices stated are not true. Just went to the pharmacy yesterday and the cost was ten dollars higher than what their site says…the cost of the gold card per month. Called customer service and spoke to someone who could not understand English and went round and round in double talk. Got nowhere. What the gold card promises is just a lie. They were supposed to call me back, but of course, they didn’t, and now as you can see below, they want me to waste my time and contact them again. The $$$ is gone and ain’t coming back.
We're sorry to hear of your negative experience, Paul. We would like to look into this further. Please email us at [email protected] with details and your account information.

Good Rx Pharmacy really knows what they doing. Keep up the good work. Don't give up
We're thrilled you have been enjoying the GoodRx services, Jackson! We hope to continue to provide you with assistance in the future.
There was absolutely no interference in signing up for OR using Good RX. The pharmacy kept me on file for using Good RX for this particular prescription.
So happy to hear that, L.D.! We're glad the pharmacy could help make your experience a stress free one.
I am writing to report a virtual visit that was not merely unprofessional, but genuinely disturbing, medically negligent, and potentially a violation of patient rights. I am also a paying monthly subscriber to your Rx service, which makes this experience not only personally damaging but a direct failure of a service I pay for. On May 17, 2026 at approximately 5:45pm, I had a virtual consultation through GoodRx’s telehealth platform with a female provider Genelle Price. I contacted the service because I have a confirmed, diagnosed case of HSV (herpes). I have been prescribed Valtrex through GoodRx previously, by a different provider. I was experiencing prodromal symptoms—itching, tingling, and the appearance of small bumps—which any knowledgeable provider understands are the warning signs of an impending outbreak. What I received instead was treatment so degrading and medically incompetent that I am still shaken by it. This provider looked at the photo I submitted—of my genital area, as the platform explicitly instructs—and responded by making unsolicited, shaming, and completely inappropriate comments about my body. She said, verbatim: "You don't need to show all of that. I know it says show the area, but you don't need to show all that." Her tone was disgusted. She was not educating me. She was humiliating me. This is not medical care. This is abuse of authority. She then told me that because I did not have open, oozing lesions, she could not confirm I was having an outbreak—despite me explaining that recurrent outbreaks are rarely as severe as the first. She asked me, with what I can only describe as contempt, "How do you know that?" I explained that this is basic medical fact, well known to anyone living with HSV, and easily verified by any competent provider. She responded by telling me she has been working for over 20 years and knows what she is doing, essentially telling me that I, could not possibly understand my own body or my own condition. She refused to prescribe the medication I needed. She told me I should see someone in person. She said she would cancel my visit and issue a refund. Then she ended the call. As of now, she has done neither. I have been charged. I have been humiliated. And I have no medication. Let me be clear: I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I was not seeking a new diagnosis. I was not asking for controlled substances. I was asking for a refill of a medication I have been prescribed before, for a condition I have already been diagnosed with, during a moment of genuine medical need. And I was treated like I was lying, like I was wasting her time, and like my body was something to be shamed. I am a paying customer. I am also a human being who deserves to be treated with basic dignity when seeking medical care. This provider should not be working with patients. Not through GoodRx. Not anywhere. I am requesting: 1. A full investigation into this provider’s conduct during my visit. 2. Immediate termination of her contract with GoodRx if the investigation confirms my account was not refunded (Or I will be taking legal actions on account of theft) 3. A full refund of my visit fee, as promised but not delivered. 4. A written response from GoodRx outlining what action has been taken. I am also a monthly subscriber to your Rx service. This means I am not a one-time user. I am a recurring customer. And I am telling you that if this is the quality of care your platform allows, I will not continue to pay for it, and I will not hesitate to share this experience publicly. Please treat this with the urgency it deserves. This was not a misunderstanding. This was harm.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, NAME. We are incredibly sorry to hear about your appointment. While GoodRx does not provide the clinical services for our virtual visits, we wish to investigate this matter further on your behalf. Beware! Good Rx Gold is not accepted at Walgreen or Walmart but when you search for prices the website shows the gold price at pharmacies that don’t participate . I checked my prescription and the price was Walgreens $84.00 using my gold Rx Card. The price at the pharmacy was $118. When I called Good Rx I was told not all pharmacies participate. Why are these pharmacies even listed? This is not acceptable
If you ever come across an issue at the pharmacy, Sharon, please give us a call. We'd be happy to help! For GoodRx Gold price discrepancies, please call us at 855-487-0694. We're available Monday through Sunday from 6am to 9pm CT.
What a horrible experience, I would not recommend GoodRx to anyone. Just tried a simple task of changing payment method in my account has been canceled and I can no longer order prescriptions. Person on the phone said this was a “glitch”, which makes no sense, but when the glitch was fixed, I could place orders again. I asked, would they contact me when that was possible and they said no you would have to continue to reach out. Absolutely absurd!
Thank you for your feedback, Chuck. Our team is actively working to add this feature to our system. Please try calling us back on the week of the 26th for assistance. We're available at 855-526-3318, and would be happy to help!

We're thrilled you have been finding savings, Tonya!
I attempted to get a prescription through GoodRx for Zepbound, wanting to switch from RO. It asked the basic questions and I let them know I had already been on 2.5 mg for 4 weeks and was looking to get the prescription approved for 5mg. At the end of the questions it asked me to pay the $39, which I did. It then showed me that a request was pending approval for 2.5 mg Zepbound Kwikpen. I immediately chatted with someone that said she was a clinician, explained I am wanting approval for 5mg not 2.5, she asked me to show her a prescription of my 2.5 mg prescription from RO, which I do have, but there isn’t any way to upload a photo in the chat so why would she ask me that? Next thing I know, it says “medication not prescribed” and she stopped replying after asking for a picture even though I sent her several more messages. I even contacted them through email explaining all this and have been completely ignored. They scammed me out of $39. Total scam. There’s no other way to describe how quiet they went after I paid that. The app will not allow me to try and get approved for the 5mg Zepbound now. EDITING TO ADD: They are still trying to take $39 from my bank account even after I canceled and even after I repeatedly told them that I was NOT helped by anyone in any way after trying to use the site. When I log in and try to remove my banking information, it literally gives me an error and will not let me remove it. This place is fraudulent and you will regret giving them any payment information. Editing to add: They took another $39 from me this morning and haven’t responded to my previous emails regarding this fraud. WHOEVER IS RESPONDING TO THESE REVIEWS LIKE BELOW, is just trying to mitigate whatever damage is going to happen from these reviews. They aren’t actually doing anything except leaving a paragraph below the review.

Very satisfied. The prescription was expensive and saved quite a bit.
Congrats on the savings, Jeannine!
This so called "company" is great out of the gate. At least until they take your money. Then you are essentially ghosted. Just bite the bullet and go to an urgent care and speak to a human, so you can get what you need.

That is incredible, Brigette; way to shop around and find what works best for you!
Charged me $39 to send in a prescription that Walmart didn’t even have. No refund at all !!!! If you cancel you can never sign up again. One time deal and a waste of money. Rip off!
