We bought the nanos for our grandkids for Christmas two years ago. The bikes still are in perfect running condition! The kids love these! This past summer one of the bikes was stolen, then recovered, but with major damage to the ignition, wires hanging everywhere, it was a mess. I sent an email to support and promptly they responded saying they would replace the bike for our granddaughter. They didnt have to do that but they were more than willing - you just dont find that kind of compassion in most companies any more. I tell everyone about GoTrax' exceptional products, exceptional service and the compassion they have for community. Hands down the best company i have ever interacted with!
