Absolutely crooks I refused delivery after trying numerous times to cancel my order but they shipped it anyway. I refused delivery they had a 14 day return policy. They moved there warehouse so it took six weeks to reach them. They proceeded my return and original price was 795.36 they refunded me 514 why only that amount we don’t know. They had earlier threatened me with a refusal fee has anyone ever heard of that never. DO SHOP THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! We filed a complaint with the BBB also. This company is NOT BBB accredited too

Worst experience ever
Wish I would have come here first. Worst experience ever! 2 weeks late on shipment and customer service had no desire to help even though these were for a 10yo birthday. All they will tell you is ‘we sent a message to Operations’. 2 of the Reps hung up on me. Do not buy from GoTrax. Consider yourself warned.

I ordered an F2 electric bike for my son for his birthday. Company shipped an R2 model because I changed the color under the same model, the only thing that changed under the description was the color! The shipping email still says F2. I called and spoke with manager Katherine because I just wanted them to pay for shipping back to the company in order to switch to the bike that I had ordered and they refuse to switch out the bike because “that is what I ordered” and per Katherine, “ I refuse to go back and forth with you on this matter because you got what you paid for”. This is not the first time I have ordered e scooters or bikes from this company but it will certainly be the last. Do your research on bait and switch issues with go trax as this is noted on other websites. I ordered under the F2 e bike 2.0 and because I chose a different color on the same page, I received an R2 which has different features. I am not able to post screen shots of the page and the email title F2 otherwise I would.

A customer would appreciate honesty. They told me they had the part. Then I was sent the wrong part. Then I was asked to send 3 different steps by 3 different agents.They could prevented some of these issue by telling me all these steps in one phone call. One agent threatened to hang up and really hung up, not giving me a chance to explain my issue. Bad experience but, I’m being nice. They finally told me it’s not in stock. Thanks

The delay was caused by FedEx, the seller actually shipped out very quickly. Overall decent quality for the price. I wish there’s a drill through screw on the post to secure the seat, my son is a bit heavy but he prefers sitting, so overtime the seat would still slip down.
