Samantha that is the name of the associate who did a awesome job and set me up for a new service . But before Samantha there was another associate by the name Marysol, who I felt was kinda rude and so when she told me to hold I hanged up my phone

Keep a eye on those emails, went from paying a average of 10c per kWh to 25.3c kWh. Why Texas power companies do this blows my mind. They are all selling the same electricity from Oncor and fighting for the same customers. Seems the better business model would be to try to retain your current customers vs offering high discounts for new customers, Hey what do I know. All I can tell you is these guys will seriously break it off in you when the time comes to renew.
It was so simple and there was no deposit required.
