Very easy to renew online—a suggestion though, please list all documents needed at the beginning—I have all my important papers locked in a file cabinet and had to make multiple trips to this room each time a new form was requested. I was trying to stay where the lighting is really good so I had to go to my back bedroom where I keep my files.

The website was fairly easy to navigate. It was easy to include my information. I became annoyed by the repeated requests to upgrade to premium. In the end it accomplished the purpose.
