Terrible company. Got tricked into using their site and when I realized what they were, I tried to cancel and get a refund, but then they hide behind their disclaimer. Just use the real govt sites to get ur documents and save $.
It has been two weeks since I submitted my information to get my birth certificate. I was charged three different amounts and have not received my birth certificate.

i had a problem with my application for some odd reason it did not let me pass a certain question.on the phone with customer service. spent about two hours with no resolve.but customer service would look into the problem and call me back within 24 hours. they did and the problem was solved. Started the process with Gov+ on July 7th. Today is July 29th, 22 days later and I still don't have my kit! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE GUYS. I PAID $97 FOR THEM TO DO THE SAME THING I COULD HAVE DONE AT THE POST OFFICE! NOW I HAVE TO PAY EXPIDITED DELIVERY TO GET MY PAASPORT IN TIME FOR MY TRIP TO GERMANY!!!!

Absolutely a scam. Initially applied for a social security card and birth certificate. Paid in full and waited. A month later I recieve emails from Gov+ citing my applications are paused due to further payments needed when the applications were paid in full. Applied with Vitalcheck and received documents in under 60days. Buyer beware
