By mistake tried to renew passport they took credit card info charged 97$ for a membership that I’ve tried to cancel repeatedly . I can’t speak to a live person and chat line is all ChatGPT. Now I received notice that I have till tomorrow to claim refund. Bogus co. That should be dropped from your service.
too many charges
First there was a $92 fee, then upgrade for $62, then upgrade again for $99. No clear idea what you are updating or that you are updating, only remarks like "to continue, do this..."

Could never get the picture right very expensive can go to the post office and have it done this cost me over $300. Post Office is 190 something very dissatisfied. If I thought I’d like to get my money back, this is almost like a scam.
