Sent wrong filters. Need to exchange for correct ones. There is no number to call. I am stock with filters that don’t fit my refrigerator. would never us them again if I can’t return for the correct ones. Nancy hamilton

Customer Service was outstanding! I accidently ordered the wrong item and realized it immediately. I was unable to return the item so I emailed customer service about my error. They responded within 10 minutes. Not only did they adjust the order, they waived the increase in price as a result of the change. Rita in customer service was extremely polite, efficient and accommodating. I received the correct item 4 days later.

Great customer service, quick replacements for wrong item I received. Rita in customer service replied to my email very quickly and immediately shipped the correct item to me at no charge. She was both friendly and professional, and made me feel like my satisfaction was important to her. This is my second time ordering from this company and I have every intention of continuing to do so.
A fraudulent company
A fraudulent company, the logistics tracking number they provided does not exist. I will file a complaint with BBB and also raise a dispute with the bank. Such companies should be shut down.
Great customer service, quick replacements for wrong order
I ordered the wrong filters, customer service replied to my email very quickly and asked for my model number of the fridge and found the correct replacement and had them shipped to me within a few days at no cost. They were very quick and friendly and didn't cause me any problems with having the wrong filter the first time (which was my mistake).

When I received my filters, I ordered the wrong by mistake. Notified them and correct filters sent out at no cost. Awesome customer service.

I tried 4 times to order refrigerator…
I tried 4 times to order refrigerator filters only to be denied with multiple cards, tried to call several times with no one to answer, left messages with no return call. I'm guessing they are going out of business, or trying to. If not maybe GP needs to update their ordering system!
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Had an issue with an order where the wrong filters were delivered and within 2 days of emailing their support the new ones were in the way. No need to ship back the incorrect filters. I prefer their filters to the name brand Whirlpool that are more than 3x the price.
I've had this refrigerator for 7 years…
I've had this refrigerator for 7 years and never had a problem replacing the water filter. I ordered a 3 pack from this company through Amazon. After 30 days, the first filter would randomly jump out of the refrigerator and spew water all over the floor. The next one wouldn't even insert completely and again, water all over the floor. The third one is currently in and I expect that I will be mopping up the floor until I can get a better quality replacement. The company is unresponsive.
