Ordered 5 filters for our small business refrigerator. The price point is very reasonable, compared to big box stores and such. Shipping was as expected and the company even reached out to be sure the order was received in good order.
Fast Delivery, easy to install and works great
Everything went very smoothly. They saw that the filters were delivered and they double checked with us to make sure they came and that we received the correct filters. They were very friendly and they gave us a discount code for our next purchase. I highly recommend GlacialPure.
Saved on water filters and service was professional Thanks
Great company. Excellent price on filters. My tracking status got delayed a bit but customer service was right on top of it. I’m very pleased with how professionally I was treated.
I have used them 3 or so times now over the past 2-3 years. You can’t be the prices on the multipacks for the filters. They always fit as described and deliver sighing a fair amount of time.
Great product at an unmatched price. WILL BUY AGAIN
Haven’t used the filters yet but they appear correct and arrived as advertised. Good value.
This brand works perfect with my Whirlpool fridge. Other brands I have tried and had to return, so I am very happy with Glacial Pure and how fresh our water tastes with this filter.
Good water filters at a great price. Been using them for a couple of years now and will continue to do so. Ships out quickly, too.
I saved a bunch of money by ordering water filters from GlacialPure. The service was prefect and the order arrived within a week. Highly recommended.
I found this website through a Brad's deals promo. Great Price for three filters and they were delivered timely. I also received an e-mail from Glacial confirming receipt. Good Service
Glad to find a less expensive filter! It fit perfectly.
I order replacement filters for my refrigerator. I had the filters for a week. The delivery was quick! I replaced the filter today. It was easy just like the more expensive one. It looks like the one I replaced. Great product.
GlacierPure offers great prices and their delivery was relatively quick, just 10 days when I ordered on a Saturday night. I’m on the east coast and they are in CA, so shipping and handling time is reasonable for my purposes, especially since the filters are not needed immediately. The filters look better than the last filters that I bought on Amazon. The package from GlacierPure includes a pamphlet that tells me more about the filters and offers instructions that are very useful to me. For instance, I didn’t know that the “change filter“ message on my refrigerator requires a manual reset…. I recommend GlacierPure and will most likely use them again. I suggest that they can offer a shipping update to their customers (I didn’t receive one).
Was a bit surprised when our 1-yr old refrigerator needed a new filter and the replacements were $60-$80 each! I did some research and found a compatible GlacialPure filter for much less. Installed it then flushed it by running a few gallons through it and water appears crystal clear. Two weeks in and so far I'm happy.
Returning customer. It was very easy to find the right filter on the site. Easy to order. And the order came in perfect timing.
I was intrigued by the price of GlacialPure water filters, so I verified that the filter code for my Whirlpool Gold refrigerator was listed - it was - so I ordered. I was surprised when my bank posted a foreign transaction fee relate to the purchase but, even including that fee, the price was still very good compared to what I'd been paying. The filters were delivered 9 days after I'd placed my order, and by appearance the filter looks to be a match to those I've been using. I had no difficulty in installing the first one, and am very happy with my purchase. Thank you, GlacialPure!
