I would not purchase from this company. I purchase a 10 x 13 Cantilever Umbrella and spent $550. The parts started to fail after 1 year and Customer Service said they were not able to provide a part. Then the entire handle broke and they said I had to purchase an entire umbrella body and not just the handle. Now I am stuck with large umbrella on my deck that does not work with a 200lb sand filled base.
Had a customer service issue. They would only respond every 2 days via text. I would message them back and then wouldn’t get a response for 2 days. Ended up ordering a new umbrella, got the umbrella, then got a response back saying they would replace the umbrella. Also, they use an out of country call service.
Fast shipping. Love the size, color, and quality of the patio umbrella I got. They have Amazon and TikTok listings on top of their website. Legit company.
Umbrella broke internally from faulty design 2 weeks after the warranty period. They refused to send a new part as I could repair with the part. They offered a $100 discount. Dont waste your money, spent over 1k and it lasted 1 year Their customer service is horrible and they argue with you. They struggle to understand English as well. Overall very poor experience
Package was delivered very well and quality of the chair is fantastic - super comfortable and well built and sturdy. Love it!
Their products are garbage. I spent $350 on an umbrella, which did not last a year. Specifically, the mechanism that held it up failed. The manufacturer did not provide a fix - basically told me I could buy a new one from them. No thanks.
I’ve been looking to upgrade my outdoor space for a while and finally pulled the trigger on some pieces from Grand Patio. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier! The quality is top-notch and it looks way more expensive than it actually was. Setting it up was a breeze—the instructions were actually clear for once. Now, spending my afternoons outside with a coffee under my new umbrella is the highlight of my day. If you’re on the fence, just go for it. It really transforms the space!
This is the Second umbrella received today by you guys, it came in the most horrible condition ever! Our 1st umbrella broke very shortly after purchase. We submitted a request for a replacement umbrella and the boxes were in pieces when they arrived one part of the umbrella already came off. These are very expensive by Napoli , but you would be better off getting a pool umbrella from Ollie's which was very inexpensive but still standing in great condition. Shameful that a company that wants to charge upscale prices for cheap wares.
We ordered an expensive outdoor chair ($340) and a second order of a table. Fedex mis-delivered our packages. By the time we realized and went to the address they were left at - they had been stolen. Fed Ex keeps dropping packages off at an abandoned house instead of our apartment complex. When I went to look for my chair there were 9! packages there all to people with different last names and all clearly with an apartment number. Well long story short I filed complaints with fed ex and got nowhere. I contacted Grand Patio and they sent new chair and table to me at no cost! They suggested and we did - ship them to a different address (my daughter) and they just arrived. So happy - great customer service!
