Like the Name Says - Great Value - Great Vacation
GVV operated like a well-oiled machine. We were greeted by their rep at the airport and from there started a no-hassle, no worry trip. Every transfer driver was early picking us up. The hotels were top notch and in great locations to where we were. Definitely book a tour too. Our tours consisted of a van driver and a guide. So nice to have a small group of people rather than keeping track of and always waiting for a busload of people before departure. Will definitely use them again for our next venture.

We were happy with our accommodations…
We were happy with our accommodations in Italy. We did have one issue, our Delta flight from JFK to Venice was delayed by 3 hours and the service provider, Tomorrow Travel, airport to hotel transfer did not wait. We needed to find other transportation and paid out of pocket for transport. Not happy about this.

Great Value & Quality of Services for our trip to Ireland
I was a little unsure of booking with Great Value Vacations since their prices were so good and I had never heard of them, but I'm very happy I did. We just finished a nine-day vacation in Ireland for our family of four and everything went very well. All the hotels were very nice, and my car was rental was through Enterprise, not some smaller outfit. The individual tour passes were all honored at each destination and we had a great trip with no issues. Most importantly, when I decided that I wanted to make a few changes in my itinerary a few weeks after booking, the GVV staff was very accommodating in helping me with that. Thanks GVV team! I will definitely use you again for our next big vacation, and am already recommending you to others.

The only real problem we had was with…
The only real problem we had was with our Delta flights. They were overbooked and really having trouble organizing flights. Took forever to get our seats and we had to go to the kiosk for every leg of the trip.
I LOVE Great Value and have done at least 8 trips and plan to do many more.

Hotels were hardly 4*. Wasted 2 days of our 8 day trip in Ireland booked at a hotel over an hour away from the city we’re supposed to be visiting. Overall, trip is a disappointment.

It was wonderful not worrying about where to stay or our flight tickets. Stayed in very nice hotels, clean and safe. The only thing I would have changed is to have more time in Rome. We will absolutely use Great Value Vacations in the future!

Great price, rooms were nice. However, many things were not as described , and no information on transportation made it very difficult. There was no easy way to contact customer service either.

This was our third vacation with Great Value Vacations and it did not disappoint. Our first time adding train travel and multi-country. We did Budapest, Vienna and Prague. As always, it went extremely smoothly. The hotels they book aren't cookie cutter and have so much character. We love having breakfast included, it's just one less thing to worry about. I can't wait until our next Great Value Vacations trip! I wouldn't trust anyone else.

The planning of the trip. After a 9-10 hour flight no one wants to driver 2.5 hours to first destination on vacation. With Italy having a train system that goes everywhere. I think instead of a rental car a train would’ve been better suited for this trip. First stop was 2 plus hours away second was 3 plus hours

Great Vacation at great value
My friend and I had a great trip through GVV. It was a bargain price to fly from Boston to Amsterdam, stay 4 days, then take a train to Paris for another 4 days. I will definitely use them again.
