Utter rubbish…

Utter rubbish…. Don’t waste your money. The pans last just months. I don’t normally bother with reviews but this pan was so bad that I’m determined to tell anyone that wants to listen.

GreenPan’s return policy is non existent

GreenPan’s return policy is the worse I’ve ever experienced. They don't provide return label! Basically you can't return because for me to return is turn is 75% of the total product cost. If they provide a return label as a business it would be 10%. Absolutely no assistance was provided by GreenPan. I will never purchase from this company again.

The outside coating will not scrub up…

The outside coating will not scrub up well even with meticulous care. The inside coating has developed chips even using teflon utensils. I take extra care to clean and maintain anything I own but this stuff is definitely not worth the price. I now have to replace the entire group and will never recommend this product to anyone. Stay away and invest in products that actually do what they say!

Non-stick only for 3 months

I bought a skillet and a pot. After a few months, both cookwares developed patches of stickyness. I reached out to warranty and told me there's a carbonized oil layer developed on the surface, although no visual defects. That to me is quite unheard of!! They aware aware of such issue and said that their lab has tested several cleaning methods and came to conclusion that it's best to vlean it with magic cleaner mr.clean sponge!! I did so and the problem persists. So I reached out again and they said it's not a functional defect!! I asked them how a non-stick pan losing its non-stick property is not a functional loss?? And both my cookwares are defect! I paid premium price for a non-stick easy clean cookware as per their advertisement. Anyways, I find this product high maintenance and far from what they advertise. It's not a coincidence, as both my cookwares have the same issue now. They said you probably used high heat,.. I told them are you insane?? I bought a damn cookware to cook in!! What do you mean by recommended medium low heat???

Do not buy! Defective non-stick coating and zero customer support.

If you are looking to spend over $600 on cookware, look elsewhere. My husband bought me a full set of GreenPans for our anniversary in December, and they have been a massive disappointment. Within less than 6 months, they completely lost their non-stick properties. We have followed all standard care instructions, yet everything sticks to them. The undersides of the pans look incredibly scorched and degraded after very light use, and the actual cooking surfaces are already showing massive signs of wear, surface spotting, and severe staining around the edges. When I contacted customer service to utilize the warranty, they were completely unhelpful. The rep stated they weren’t covered under warranty and sent a generic script of cleaning instructions we had already performed, and refused to offer a replacement or a refund. It is unacceptable for a luxury-priced cookware set to fail in under 6 months, and it’s even worse that GreenPan refuses to stand by their product. I will never buy from this brand again.

Greenpan Contact Grill

Greenpan Contact Grill, about which I emailed the company and received no reply in two weeks, is useless. (1) It is not non-stick, and must be oil-coated to achieve this state. (2) The manual is not helpful, missing some salient points and stating at least one that is quite incorrect. I am, thus, unable to use it, which makes it useless.

Cooking fine, Stains in bottom & service horrid

The cooking aspect is fine. The exterior bottoms stained brown immediately when cooking at low heat (never even medium) in gas stove. Despite using what they advise nothing comes off. After 3 or 4 emails I gave up. Clearly it is a problem. Too bad. The cooking itself is fine I hate the brown stains. I will never buy from them again. Their customer service is non existent or the product has an issue. She kept saying cook on low heat.

This is a horrible company

This is a horrible company. The pan chipped all around after just 2 months of light use and they would not honor their two-year warranty because the "chipping is normal" and a sign of good quality "hard" ceramic. 80 dollars for an 8 inch pan is a steep price but it is beautiful. However, if i knew it would chip immediately and that it was "normal" for that to happen, I would have never bought it. There are tons of bad reviews of this produt on Williams Sonoma that I sadly overlooked.

The worst pan you could ever have!

The worst pan you could ever have! ①it heats up very slow, abuse more electricity. ② it starts to stick to the pans after two month, can never cook eggs anymore. ③hard to clean, layers drop off after a while even though already clean it very carefully didn’t even put in a dish washer. ④ overcharge, price doesn’t correspond to the quality.

Total letdown.Coating quality poor

I've had 2 Greenpan pans, used them carefully and cleaned them similarly. Within a few months both showed signs of chipping, some areas of coating coming away in areas where not likely to get rough treatment. Whatever guarantee time was supplied when I bought the pans I wouldn't trust and won't look to replace. A waste of money and really poor quality. I'll stick ( excuse the pun )with stainless steel, cast iron or proven quality ceramic coatings.

Greenpans fail within weeks of purchase!

##### GREENPAN PANS FAIL WITHIN A MATTER OF MONTHS! GREENPAN IGNORES WARRANTY EMAILS! ##### Greenpan pans' non-stick lasts about one month, after which everything sticks. I emailed Greenpan regarding the problem, but they couldn't be bothered to reply. Avoiding warranty claims by ignoring emails shows the true character of GreenPan employees. They couldn't care less if their products fail.

Terrible to clean

Love the concept, purchased after extensive research and cost vs benefit analysis. Cleaning is terrible. Don't bother trying poached eggs, and only fry them with a decent amount of oil. The only product the company can recommend to remove marks and baked on product releases micro plastics. The opposite of green. The instruction to only cook in a low heat to avoid sticking doesn't actually work. Annoyingly, we also gifted a set to family who have small kids. I cringe every time we visit them....
