Soft service woes.
I received the Greenpan softserve ice cream maker as a gift. Initially I was very excited and pleased with the performance of the machine. However, after a few uses, the plastic bowl began to crack at the edge where it attaches to the motor unit. I contacted customer service to request a replacement. They responded quickly and sent a new bowl. I didn't test it out right away, but next time I went to use the machine I realized they had sent a bowl with an updated design that did not fit my machine. When I contacted them again, they again shipped a new part. They also requested that I return the replacement part, which I felt was a bit of a hassle and annoying for a piece of plastic. Overall, the customer service has been responsive, but all the back and forth is still a hassle and wouldn't be necessary if the product had been designed and constructed better in the first place.

Love cooking with my pan
Love cooking with my pan, however it’s so big it’s hard to clean. Wish there was a smaller version as we are retired and cooking for 2 majority of the time.

Not a non-stick pack
The pan quickly retained coloration after cooking and worse if all it needs a lot of fat for the pan to be nonstick for eggs. Really it’s not a “non-stick” pan. Would never buy again.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at [email protected]. Fabulous quality at a fair price!
I bought 3 skillets of different sizes and they are not only beautiful and truly flat on the bottom but they are by far the most non-stick I have ever had! Fabulous quality at a fair price!

Made in China. When I saw that on the box I did not open it and sent them back. The website said they own all the factories.

Some items are manufactured in GreenPan’s factory in China. Unlike most cookware companies, we own our factory and carefully control the process. GreenPan has won numerous awards for environmental safety, worker satisfaction, and our overall standards. The factory has its own wastewater treatment plant and 30% of the factory’s energy comes from solar panels on the roof. They also have our own in-house research and development team working towards the next advancements in healthier and better cooking.
12 inch fry pan with lid
So far, so good. Really like the 12in. no-stick. Gives me plenty of room. I never go about medium heat so hopefully it lasts a long time.

Rice cooker was defective and didn’t work. Customer service told me to ship it back at my own cost. I had to threaten them with horrible reviews to get a refund. Still don’t have a working rice cooker.

Sticks, sticks, sticks... Had trusted the Ceramica pan payer. Bas mistake. No pleasure cooking with Greenspan and Clearing... Very, very difficult.
