These pans are beautiful
These pans are beautiful, sturdy, have a nice hand feel with the handles and lid, are a clean nonstick, and clean up is a breeze. I like to remind people do not use cooking spray because the aerosol chemicals will ruin your pan and also do not use nonstick on high heat. If you follow their instructions you will enjoy your pans for a long time. I love these so much. They are the only ones I reach for.

The outside paint coating chips very…
The outside paint coating chips very easy. Only used and washed twice and has chips on it in several places. Very, very disappointing. It has not been bumped or missed handled. If I still had the original box, I would be sending it back.

Pan is chipping after just a few months…
Pan is chipping after just a few months of usage. Seems to be coming off where the rivets are and where it protrudes from the rivets. It should be flat across but isn't. This is a 10 inch spectra series. The 12 inch is doing fine so far.

I love the way it gently heats up and…
I love the way it gently heats up and doesn’t scald the food but you get a great sear. Cleanup is incredible! The grill pan is so much lighter than other grill pans. It’s easy to use

Awesome customer service!
My slow cooker lid had a latch that broke , so I got in touch with customer service. They had me send some pictures and information to them and the next thing I know, is I’m getting a whole, new slowcooker . I wasn’t expecting that , but I’m very appreciative for everything that happened. Thank you for going above and beyond for me.

Non Stick (maybe)
Nice pan but I’ve had it a very short time and it does stick, somewhat. I even use a small dab of butter for eggs but, it’s still tricky. It seems to need a lower temperature to cook without sticking. Pretty typical of all nonstick pans - whether expensive or inexpensive.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at [email protected].
