Don’t purchase

Don’t purchase. The first one worked four times and then the motor failed. I tried getting a refund and was told their policy was to send a replacement. They replaced it and the first time I use it the cooling mechanism is busted. I’m going to try and return it again but I’m guessing they’ll send another replacement that maybe works... It’s very frustrating!

Great Warranty

This review features the air fryer with a face. Controls and handle smile at you on your counter. Small yet 4 1/2 quart capacity. Fancy, digital control unneeded...this was purchased because of simplicity. Company is great to honor a warranty with replacement.

I Bought Everything!!!!

I made my decision to purchase Green Pan products back in June of this year but waited until I was actually back in my home State of Florida before I ordered them. Ergo, on July 16th, I went absolutely over the edge and bought everything. Truly...EVERYTHING! Baking pans, Rice Cooker, Griddle, Electric Frying Pan, as well as the complete set of cooking pots and pans! I just wanted to be sure I had the healthiest and best equipment to use once I saved enough money to go buy some food to cook!! LOL It has taken me over a week to get my new apartment sorted out so I was not cooking,,,I was microwaving. Finally finished my kitchen on this past Thursday and pulled out one of my new Green Pans and it worked like a charm. I have discovered that there is a small window where it's too soon to add ingredients but shortly after that it is ready to saute' or fry with hardly any oil. Post cook clean up is a breeze. Having purchased the Electric skillet for Sunday dinner I made my family's favorite, Baked Spaghetti with Bella Mushroom slices and quartered Zucchini, topped with a blend of freshly grated Parmesan, Asiago and Pecorino Romano. Originally, I made this in an old fashioned electric skillet but after it died from old age, I attempted to do this in a standard oven but it doesn't blend successfully. So, dinner was a HIT and clean-up was AMAZING! Thank You Green Pan!!! :)

This is my first time trying ceramic…

This is my first time trying ceramic pans and I am very happy with my 2 qt saucepan. It is the size I reach for most often. Heats up well and cleans so easily.

I bought these frypans because other pans warp on induction cooktop. So far no sign of warping

My Greenspan frost was replaced fast

My Greenspan frost was replaced fast. I had an electrical problem with the first one so it was replaced with a new one. The second one the bowl cracked, also the ice cream was never firm enough. They replaced it with the new frost machine. It is so much better than the first one. You have to call them and send pictures.

Not well packaged for shipping

The pans work well but slide around too easily on a glass cooktop. Also, one of the set of two pans arrived with a small chip in the non-stick coating on the rim. Not a big chip but I'm sure it will only enlarge with use.

Frosty was easy to use and worked great. The only complaint I have is you would not ship to Hawaii- I shipped it to my son and then I brought it home on the plane.

The replacement was nice, it is a bit bigger then I would have bought myself but I'm sure it will work perfectly. Customer service non-existent

I ordered 4 pans in January 2026. One of my larger stock pots started chipping away recently. There is a one year warranty, which was a buying perk to me. I have barely used these pans, never used metal utensils, and hand wash with a soft brush. This shouldn't be chipping away at the liner, that can't be safe. Anyway, their customer service phone # always says they've closed for the day, when you call during stated open times. I've emailed three times with pics and order # and ZERO response. How in the world do they have zero response either way?!,

I absolutely adore my green pan…

I absolutely adore my green pan electric skillet, I have used it most weeks since I got it back in October, and I was really bummed when the wire started smelling fishy. But everyone at the company was so accommodating and so helpful getting me a brand new pans so I can get back to using it quickly!!

I had to return an $80 frother twice

I had to return an $80 frother twice. They said they would replace it. But what they sent me was a plant milk maker. Not even close to what I purchased.
