The shipping was discreet it arrived in a brown plain box no external markings. Doll was heavily padded. This doll was incredibly soft life like. The skin mimics human skin. The internal molded texture is intricate and well designed. Cleaning is straightforward and not difficult.
Dolls are fantastic
Dolls are fantastic. Always easy to order and fast delivery. Personal and in-depth help when issues arise making ordering safe and secure with a piece of mind.
I was really impressed
I was really impressed with the variety—they have so many options to choose from. The quality stood out right away, especially the realistic look and soft, skin-like texture. It feels well-made and sturdy without being stiff, and the details are really nicely done. Everything arrived discreetly and packaged well, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely trust this company again.
Plain box, but amazing inside
The outer shipping box was pretty beat up when it arrived and looked super boring—just a plain brown cardboard box with some dust on it. But I guess that’s the point of "discreet" packaging, right? Once I opened it, everything was perfect. The Hanidoll itself feels so realistic and the skin texture is way better than I expected. Really happy with the purchase despite the boring box.
Better than I expected!
I was honestly pretty anxious about ordering this online because you never know what you're going to get. But Hanidoll really impressed me. The package arrived much faster than the estimate, and the box was totally discreet (which I really appreciated). As for the quality, it’s solid—the material feels realistic and the craftsmanship is great. Definitely worth the price.

first doll5
Okay so I was kinda nervous ordering my first doll, but this site came through. She looks exactly like the photos (which never happens, right?). Solid quality, no weird smell, and she holds poses pretty well. Customer service was chill and answered all my dumb questions. Will probably buy again.

he doll's skin is very delicate
he doll's skin is very delicate. My personal suggestion is not to scrub too hard when cleaning it. After cleaning, it is recommended to gently pat it dry with a soft towel. Do not use a dry towel to rub it, as this could damage the doll's skin and affect its appearance. Overall, it has been a very pleasant shopping experience.

This shopping experience was outstanding
This shopping experience was so outstanding that it would be a shame not to share it with other customers. This team absolutely deserves praise. The product quality far exceeded expectations, and communication was exceptionally smooth. Although there was a minor delivery issue due to a shipping company error, the team worked diligently to resolve it quickly. I highly recommend choosing this company—working with them is definitely worth every penny.
