Haul bikes was great. It was a last minute decision to purchase a Harley in Spokane (I live in Georgia) and have it shipped to me. It was a seamless transaction. The motorcycle arrived today in the same shape that they picked it up.

Very thorough! I had heard horror stories from other bikers about damage in transport. I was happy to see my fears were unjustified ! It seemed the pickup and delivery times were a little long, but I understand the nature of the delivery service
This is the third motorcycle that Haulbikes has shipped for me, the first two deliveries were stellar, no complaints. This recent shipping experience was doomed from the start. The bike was delivered 3 weeks late from the date contracted for starters, upon delivery I walked around the bike and everything looked as i expected. I took delivery and drove the bike home three houses down from the delivery site, once in my garage I noticed the right rear turn signals was broken off the mount, it appears it was hit during storing and delivery, and now was hanging from the wires. I immediately called the driver literally 2 minutes after he left and discussed the issue. His response was “you signed the sheet upon accepting the bike and there’s nothing I can do, you will have to call and file a claim”. I just got off the phone with Haulbikes and they said we have a $500 Deductable, you can file a claim for review if you like. The repair for parts and labor is $400. Totally unacceptable response and I urge you to not employ Haulbikes, DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!!! The entire experience from lame excuses why the bike was late to not accepting responsibility for this is a joke!
Customer Service People were always polite, helpful and informative. Deliver Driver John is an exceptional Individual who was extremely helpful and saved me time by letting me know that he was doing a delivery closer saving both of us time. With Employees like this why would I consider doing business elsewhere, a rare combination of Caring and knowledgeable.
Thank you for moving my bike from FL to WA. The booking was easy and flexible. My customer rep Cheryl was very responsive and helpful. The overall transport time was reasonable, your delivery driver was very helpful and friendly and on time, but there was damage to my 2014 HD Ultra due to a strap loosening up and allowing the front fairing to rub on the trailer wall from Vegas to central WA. I sure hope that when I file the claim your process is straightforward and honest. I will have to replace both the front and rear pieces of the fairing and the rubber seal that goes in between them. Please don’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops and argue about the damage and the cost of repairs. I will update this review after my claim is complete and improve the rating if all goes well.

I have used your service twice now. My bikes always arrived in good condition. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes each time to receive my bike. Two months in the summertime is just not acceptable, this is probably the only reason I would consider another way to shop bikes. Thank you!!
SALES PERSON LIED PROMISSING DELIVERY IN 10 DAYS. After getting payment, almost 3 months to deliver my motorcycle. Horrible attitude of reps on the phone. No coherent cooperation between call center and logistics scheduling. SIX HOURS OF NOTICE TO DELIVER OVER VOICEMAIL AND TEXT AFTER 3 MONTHS DELAY.
On my first call to HAULBIKES I spoke with Cheryl, it was late on a Friday night. She stayed after closing hours to help complete my pick up. She was very pleasant very helpful. Ivan, the driver who delivered my bike, contacted me to let me know when he would arrive. I called him a few times with questions I had and he answered each time. He was very pleasant and courteous a great personality. To get to my location, because I’m on a cul-de-sac he backed his tractor trailer down the block then he helped wheel the bike in the back. When I need to use a move again(which I will) I will use HAULBIKES and IVAN !!!
Their websites has a quote, "Every Motorcycle has a story. Let Haul Bikes help your bikes story" Well, here's mine! First of all, instead of the estimated 6 to 8 weeks delivery it took 11 weeks. During that time, when I called for an update, I was assured, "if it is any consolation, just know that we are taking really good care of your Trike"! (YEAH, Right!!!!) At some point during the extended delivery time they apparently ratcheted the straps down beyond tolerance and blew the front left fork seal! (I guess that is what they consider taking really good care of it is!!!!). Because I had not seen or noted the leak on the front fork and signed for the delivery, Haul Bikes will not compensate any of the $1,140.00 cost I had to pay to have it trailered, repaired and restored to the condition I had purchased it in! FYI, the experienced Harley mechanic had a hard time finding the source of oil leak and later informed me that the fork cylinder was devoid/empty, all the oil had leaked out! (extended transport time?!) I recommend you use a different company that puts the consumer first! A company that will take good care of your investment and take responsibility and not pass it onto the consumer (who has already paid a good sum for timely, safe delivery and got neither!)
Extremely poor communication. I had to contact this company every time for an update and was given several conflicting dates for delivery. The email went unanswered, the calls were not returned and even the delivery driver was not kept up to date on delivery date changes. In the end, the motorcycle was delivered while I was out of town, which I had proactively communicated weeks and weeks before and ultimately had to arrange to have my motorcycle dropped at a dealer. I’ve never been to before and never worked with before and hope that everything will be fine when I am back in town next week to pick it up. Awful service,worst communication will never use this company again.
Use this company if you want a professional delivery. For a motorcycle rider that is most important. Close second is quality of updates and customer service. Since i was too busy with my own move, i did not have the time to call or email them frequently, but when i did they got back in a 24 hour time frame. The key thing is that they are not your best choice for speed of delivery. They move the bike between warehouses and so it takes longer (2-3 weeks) for the delivery. Price wise they are competitive and reasonable. Worked for me and i was happy with the outcome. Another plus is that they hire veterans and riders themselves, and i respect them for that.

当我收到一封电子邮件时，我们正在密歇根州度假，其中显示自行车计划于 7 月 17 日或 18 日领取。原定时间是7月19日！我们不得不缩短两天假期并取回自行车。一星期后自行车居然提起来了！
