I was invited to leave a review via email, but unfortunately, I still haven’t received my glasses. Delivery has been slow, which is disappointing, especially as a speedy delivery service is such a key part of a good first impression. While I’m still hopeful the glasses themselves will be great when they arrive, it’s hard to give a positive review at this stage based on the experience so far.

The design and material used for Have a Look range of reading glasses and sunglasses is fantastic. The durability is vital to me as I am rather careless with my glasses! Contemporary and more conventional designs are available for Men and Women. What brilliant is that the extensive colourful range of glasses available take into consideration the shape of faces. I highly recommend this company. Glasses are dispatched immediately and in excellent environmentally friendly packaging.

Not qualitative anymore

I had previously ordered 3 pairs of reading l-glasses + 1,5 I was very happy with. Unfortunately, the 3 +3 I bought came with optical lens that were out of the frame. The customer service decided that only 2 of them were problematic and told me that it was normal as the +3 where thicker. They automatically sent 2 new ones (as the had decided that the 3 one had no problem) and the 2 new ones were not perfect either. I will not wear them and will never buy this brand anymore.

Funky specs

I was pleased with the range of glasses on offer which are a little bit different from the norm. I didn't have to wait too long for my lovely new readers to arrive and I'm very pleased with them.

Great quality ... and great service!

I live on the west coast of Canada and have used your glasses for many years (10?) and just love the design and quality. This most recent purchase was a bit complicated, for technical reasons, but the personal attention I got, despite the 9 hour time difference, quickly fixed the issue ... and the parcel arrived yesterday, in top shape. I am a very happy customer!
