I appreciate everything they are doing to make my job easier (regular training, partner resources, town hall meetings to provide more transparency, AI features, EHR features, billing insurance, credentialing, and more. I wish there was more transparency on the amount they are taking off the top of my fees. I also wish the pay was higher. I will not be able to keep up this long term.

Referrals, however, are infrequent. need to improve in that area.

Headway is a great platform and I truly appreciate the way it is structured. There has been some issues with the credentialing I have been waiting three months and still have not been credentialed with united healthcare and all the subsidiaries. It's a great place if you already have clients who follow you. I have not received any new clients from this platform even after following all of their recommendations.

I like Headway because I can see ANY of my clients through the platform. My insurance clients, and my private pay clients. The AI is far superior to that of other platforms because it doesn't make inaccurate assumptions about what was talked about.

The AI assisted EHR is very useful and makes my documentation simpler.
I didn't ding the stars but getting on-boarded with insurance companies is tedious but I think that is because of the insurance companies. It would be great to get Tricare on board!
Overall Headway has proven to be of great value to my practice.

I feel confident in my ability to have a small therapy practice
I feel confident in my ability to run my own small therapy practice. I intentionally keep my caseload limited, and I continue to see three clients through Open Path because I believe people without adequate insurance should still be able to receive therapy at a reduced rate.
I appreciate Headway because it helped me become credentialed and establish my practice. The woman who first contacted me was truly wonderful and helped me complete all the necessary steps, including navigating CAQH, which can feel overwhelming at first.
My one frustration is that Headway recruiters continue contacting me through LinkedIn even though I am already a Headway provider. I cannot simply reply to let them know this; the only option offered is to schedule an appointment, which I have no reason to do. I wish recruiters would check whether someone is already affiliated with Headway before reaching out. The original representative who contacted me had clearly done that research and knew that I was not yet with Headway. I hope Headway will encourage its recruitment consultants to follow the same thoughtful approach.

Headway has made it much easier for me to accept insurance as they alleviate much of the billing burden. Their rates are higher than most competitors. They reimburse on time - no chasing down rejected claims. Have had a great experience so far (two years and counting).

My 1.5 yrs experience as a clinician here has been mostly great. It is difficult however to get some answers as there is no human to speak to. And getting medical records to requesting insurance providers is cumbersome.
