The connection & documentation
The connection lagged a bit. I would REALLY like to see note templates to make documentation MUCH simpler. Simple Practice offer this for clinicians and I’d love to see something similar within Headway ASAP. My onboarding support person, Chris is fantastic!

Headway has made finding therapist easy and efficient
Headway has made finding therapists very convenient. Once my insurance information was input I was able to find therapist that were in network and what my copay is. Using the filters, it is convenient to identify therapists to fit my needs and availability. I highly recommend Headway to friends and family seeking counseling.

Feels like a scam
Signing up was easy. It's been a month since my first session and they are still waiting to bill my insurance. This seems like a scam, and my experience is similar to the other 1 star reviews. I wouldn't recommend this company to other users at all. It's a shame that they're preying on vulnerable people who just want help.
I appreciate the ease
I appreciate the ease, mostly with adding new clients. The program is fairly straightforward to operate and navigate. However, when there is an issue, I find it difficult to address it and am unable to speak with a live person at the time of need. If Headway were to add a human response, this would only enhance and outperform expectations.

Headway does a great job in so many ways. Management regarding insurance is wonderful, scheduling is great, timely assessments is terrific, etc.

Headway is easy to work with; the staff is responsive and effective. Payments are made on time and even before the due date! The trainings are very interesting and relevant to the issues at hand. Credentialing is easy, fast, and with minimal involvement of the provider. When addressing issues, they are rapidly resolved; follow-up is effective and responsive. I would only add more phone contact with customer service, adding to that human touch/contact. Please add more insurance! It was a good decision to come over to Headway. Thank you
I love Headway for billing purposes
I love Headway for billing purposes, however I would be more pleased if the pay rates was higher (as compared to Alma rates) as well as receive more client referrals directly through the platform.
